| 目的：观察揿针围刺法治疗中重度肝经郁热型带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：将78例中重度肝经郁热型带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组38例采用常规治疗，治疗组40例在对照组基础上加用揿针围刺法，2组均治疗1周，比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）评分、主症积分、次症积分、焦虑状态评分、睡眠质量积分、皮肤病生活质量积分和后遗神经痛发生率。结果：2组疼痛VAS评分、主症积分、次症积分、焦虑状态评分、睡眠质量积分、皮肤病生活质量积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；后遗神经痛发生率治疗组为7.50%（3/40），对照组为23.68%（9/38）,2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：揿针围刺法辅助治疗带状疱疹疗效较好，能改善患者状态、睡眠质量、生活质量，减轻疼痛，缓解焦虑，且能显著降低后遗神经痛发生率，值得进一步研究。 |

| Clinical effect of surrounded needling with press needle in treatment of moderate-to-severe herpes zoster with stagnated heat of liver meridian: An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of surrounded needling with press needle in the treatment of moderate-to-severe herpes zoster with stagnated heat of liver meridian. Methods: A total of 78 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The 38 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, while the 40 patients in the treatment group were given surrounded needling with press needle in addition to the treatment in the control group, and the course of treatment was 1 week for both groups. The two groups were compared in terms of Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） pain score, main symptom score, minor symptom score, anxiety state score, sleep quality, Dermatology Life Quality Index, and the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia. Results: After treatment, both groups had significant changes in VAS pain score, main symptom score, minor symptom score, anxiety state score, sleep quality, and Dermatology Life Quality Index, and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. There was a significant difference in the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia between the treatment group and the control group ［7.50% （3/40） vs 23.68% （9/38）, P < 0.05］. Conclusion: Surrounded needling with press needle has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of herpes zoster and can improve symptoms, sleep quality, and quality of life, reduce pain, and alleviate anxiety. It can also reduce the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia. |
