| 目的：观察振痿汤联合他达拉非治疗肾阳虚型勃起功能障碍（erectile dysfunction，ED）的临床疗效及其对一氧化氮（nitric oxide，NO）、睾酮（testosterone，T）的影响。方法：将80例肾阳虚型ED患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组予以他达拉非治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用振痿汤治疗，2组疗程均为8周，比较2组国际勃起功能积分 （International Index of Erectile Function-5，IIEF-5） ，勃起硬度评分（Erection Hardness Score，EHS），中医证候积分，NO、T水平和不良反应发生情况，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为80.00%（32/40），对照组为67.50%（27/40），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）； 2组IIEF-5积分、EHS评分、NO水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组T水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗组中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），但对照组治疗前后比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；不良反应总发生率治疗组为15.00%（6/40），对照组为12.50%（5/40），2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：振痿汤联合他达拉非可协同改善肾阳虚型ED患者的勃起功能和临床症状，且安全性良好，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical effect of Zhenwei Decoction combined with tadalafil in treatment of erectile dysfunction with kidney Yang deficiency: An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhenwei Decoction combined with tadalafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction （ED） with kidney Yang deficiency and its effect on nitric oxide （NO） and testosterone （T）. Methods: A total of 80 ED patients with kidney Yang deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given tadalafil alone，while those in the treatment group were given Zhenwei Decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group，and the course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups. The two groups were compared in terms of International Index of Erectile Function-5（IIEF-5） score，Erection Hardness Score （EHS），traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score，the levels of NO and T，and adverse reactions，and clinical outcome was assessed. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［80.00% （32/40） vs 67.50% （27/40），P < 0.05］. After treatment，both groups had significant changes in IIEF-5 score，EHS，and NO level，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. There was no significant change in the level of T in either group after treatment，and there was no significant difference in the level of T between the two groups after treatment （P > 0.05）. The treatment group had a significant change in TCM syndrome score after treatment，and there was a significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05），while there was no significant change in TCM syndrome score in the control group after treatment （P > 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group ［15.00% （6/40） vs 12.50% （5/40），P > 0.05］. Conclusion: Zhenwei Decoction combined with tadalafil can improve erectile function and clinical symptoms in ED patients with kidney Yang deficiency in a synergistic manner and has a favorable safety profile，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
