| 目的：探讨连翘活性成分连翘酯苷A对口腔癌细胞增殖、迁移及侵袭的作用及机制。方法：以舌癌细胞系Cal27为模型，用细胞计数试剂盒-8（Cell Counting Kit-8，CCK-8）方法评估连翘酯苷A对舌癌细胞系Cal27的增殖抑制效果；定量分析不同浓度的连翘酯苷A对Cal27细胞增殖的抑制率，并验证其通过干扰细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡或抑制增殖信号通路的方式发挥作用；通过划痕试验和细胞穿孔试验进一步研究连翘酯苷A对Cal27细胞迁移和侵袭能力的影响。结果：在加入连翘酯苷A后，Cal27细胞的增殖速度显著降低，提示该化合物可能干扰了肿瘤细胞的正常增殖信号通路；细胞流式细胞周期检测和细胞凋亡检测发现，连翘酯苷A可通过抑制细胞周期并增加细胞凋亡比例来抑制细胞增殖；划痕试验和细胞穿孔试验结果显示，连翘酯苷A显著抑制了Cal27细胞的迁移和侵袭，表明其可能通过多种机制干扰肿瘤细胞的侵袭性行为。结论：作为中药有效活性成分，连翘酯苷A可以对口腔癌细胞增殖与转移起抑制作用。 |

| Inhibitory effect of forsythoside A on oral cancer cells |

| Objective：To investigate the role and mechanism of forsythoside A，an active component of Forsythia suspense，on the proliferation，migration，and invasion of oral cancer cells.Methods：With the tongue cancer cell line Cal27 as the model，CCK-8 assay was used to assess the inhibitory effect of forsythoside A on the proliferation of Cal27 cells.A quantitative analysis was performed to measure the inhibition rate of different concentrations of forsythoside A on the proliferation of Cal27 cells，and its potential mechanisms were validated，such as disrupting cell cycle，inducing cell apoptosis，and suppressing proliferative signaling pathways.Wound healing assay and Transwell assay were used to observe the effect of forsythoside A on the migration and invasion abilities of Cal27 cells.Results：After forsythoside A was added，there was a significant reduction in the proliferation rate of Cal27 cells，suggesting that this compound might interfere with the normal proliferation signaling pathway of tumor cells.Flow cytometry was used to analyze cell cycle and cell apoptosis，and the results showed that forsythoside A might inhibit cell proliferation by inhibiting cell cycle and increasing cell apoptosis.Wound healing assay and Transwell assay showed that forsythoside A significantly inhibited the migration and invasion of Cal27 cells，suggesting that forsythoside A might interfere with the invasive behavior of tumor cells through multiple mechanisms.Conclusion：As an effective component of traditional Chinese medicine，forsythoside A can inhibit the proliferation and migration of oral cancer cells. |
