| 目的：基于数据挖掘技术探析中医药治疗灼口综合征的用药规律。方法：检索中国知网、万方数据、维普中文科技期刊数据库建库至2025年5月31日收录的关于中医药治疗灼口综合征的临床研究和医案类文献。采用Excel 2021软件建立中药处方数据库，运用IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0与IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件，对符合纳入标准的中药进行频次、性味、归经、关联规则及聚类分析。结果：共纳入143篇文献，包含155首中药处方，涉及中药226味，有20味中药使用频次＞25次，使用频次排名前5位的药物依次为甘草、地黄、柴胡、当归、茯苓；处方药物涉及18种功效分类，使用频次排名前3位的类别分别为补虚、清热、活血化瘀。药物药性以寒、温、平居多；药味以甘、苦、辛居多；主归肺、脾、心、肝经。通过关联规则分析得出高强度药物组合87个，聚类分析得出3组核心药物。结论：中医药治疗灼口综合征多聚焦虚、火、瘀、郁四因，调治心、肝、脾、肾四脏，核心治法为补血行气、活血化瘀、疏肝解郁、清热泻火、滋阴润燥、益气健脾。 |

| Medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of burning mouth syndrome：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of burning mouth syndrome based on data mining.Methods：CNKI，Wanfang Data，and VIP databases were searched for clinical research articles and medical records on TCM in the treatment of burning mouth syndrome published up to May 31，2025.Excel 2021 was used to establish a database of TCM prescriptions，and IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to perform frequency analysis，nature/taste analysis，meridian entry analysis，association rule analysis，and cluster analysis of the TCM drugs which met the inclusion criteria.Results：A total of 143 articles were included，involving 155 TCM prescriptions and 226 TCM drugs.There were 20 drugs with a frequency of use of >25，with the top 5 drugs of Radix Glycyrrhizae，Radix Rehmanniae，Bupleurum chinense，Angelica sinensis，and Poria cocos.The drugs in the prescriptions involved 18 categories of function，and in terms of frequency of use，the top 3 categories were deficiency-tonifying herbs，heat-clearing，blood-activating and stasis-resolving.Most drugs had a cold，warm or neutral nature and a sweet，bitter or pungent taste，and they mainly entered the lung，spleen，heart，and liver meridians.The association rule analysis obtained 87 high-intensity drug combinations，and the cluster analysis obtained 3 groups of core drugs.Conclusion：TCM treatment of burning mouth syndrome mainly focuses on the four pathogenic factors of deficiency，fire，stasis，and stagnation and regulates the four visceral organs of heart，liver，spleen，and kidney，with the core treatment methods of nourishing blood and moving Qi，activating blood and resolving stasis，soothing the liver and resolving stagnation，clearing heat and purging fire，nourishing Yin and moistening dryness，and benefiting Qi and strengthening the spleen. |
