改良LC-MS/MS法用于白扁豆花中30种禁用农药残留的检测研究

摘要:
目的:采用改良液相色谱-串联质谱(liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,LC-MS/MS)法,对白扁豆花中的30种禁用农药残留进行检测。方法:以乙腈作为提取溶剂,对白扁豆花样品进行提取、净化和浓缩处理后,运用改良LC-MS/MS法检测样品中残留的30种禁用农药。结果:在0.000 5~1.000 0 mg/kg浓度范围内,30种禁用农药的检测结果显示出良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(r2)均高于0.998 0,加标回收率为64.46%~117.64%,精密度为1.50%~13.45%。对20批白扁豆花样品进行检测,未发现其含有30种禁用农药的残留。结论:该方法操作简便、快速,具有高灵敏度和良好的重复性,可用于白扁豆花中30种禁用农药的残留检测。

Abstract:
Objective:To detect the residues of 30 banned pesticides in Flos Lablab Album by modified liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).Methods:With acetonitrile as the extraction solvent,Flos Lablab Album samples were extracted,purified,and concentrated,and modified LC-MS/MS was used to detect the residues of 30 banned pesticides.Results:The detection results of the 30 banned pesticides showed a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0.000 5-1.000 0 mg/kg,with a linear correlation coefficient of>0.998 0,a recovery of 64.46%-117.64%,and a precision of 1.50%-13.45%.A total of 20 batches of Flos Lablab Album samples were tested,and no residues of the 30 banned pesticides were found.Conclusion:This method is convenient and rapid with high sensitivity and good reproducibility,and it can be used to detect the residues of 30 banned pesticides in Flos Lablab Album.
