| 目的：评估中药热奄包辅助手指点穴对新生儿喂养不耐受的治疗效果。方法：将80 例喂养不耐受的新生儿通过随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40 例。对照组接受常规治疗，包括基本治疗、营养支持、喂养不耐受的处理；治疗组在对照组基础上采用中药热奄包辅助手指点穴治疗；疗程均为7 d。比较2组喂养状况（恢复出生体重时间、达全肠内营养时间、喂养不耐受平均持续时间、住院时间）、中医证候评分、生长发育状况（体重、身长、头围）、血清因子（胃泌素、白细胞介素-6、降钙素）水平、并发症［胆汁淤积、新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎（necrotizing enterocolitis，NEC)、新生儿晚发败血症（late-onset sepsis，LOS)］发生情况。结果：治疗组恢复出生体重时间、达全肠内营养时间、喂养不耐受平均持续时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗后，治疗组中医证候评分、白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组（P＜0.01），体重、身长、头围、血清胃泌素水平高于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；2组降钙素水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；并发症发生率治疗组为2.50%（1/40），对照组为10.00%（4/40），2组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：中药热奄包辅助手指点穴治疗可有效改善新生儿喂养不耐受的症状，缩短住院时间，改善生长发育状况，调整血清因子水平，是一种安全有效的治疗方案。 |

| Clinical effect of heated herbal compress package combined with finger acupoint pressure in treatment of neonates with feeding intolerance：An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of heated herbal compress package combined with finger acupoint pressure in the treatment of neonates with feeding intolerance.Methods：A total of 80 neonates with feeding intolerance were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table，with 40 neonates in each group.The neonates in the control group were given conventional treatment，including basic treatment，nutritional support，and treatment for feeding intolerance，while those in the treatment were given heated herbal compress package combined with finger acupoint pressure in addition to the treatment in the control group；the course of treatment was 7 days for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of feeding condition （time to return to birth weight，time to reach total enteral nutrition，mean duration of feeding intolerance，and length of hospital stay)，traditional Chinese medicine （TCM) syndrome score，growth and development （body weight，body length，and head circumference)，serum factors （gastrin，interleukin-6，and calcitonin)，and complications （cholestasis，neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis ［NEC］，and late-onset sepsis ［LOS］).Results：Compared with the control group，the treatment group had significantly shorter time to return to birth weight，time to reach total enteral nutrition，mean duration of feeding intolerance，and length of hospital stay （P < 0.01).After treatment，compared with the control group，the treatment group had significantly lower TCM syndrome score and IL-6 （P < 0.01) and significantly higher body weight，body length，head circumference，and serum gastrin （P < 0.05 or P < 0.01)，and there was no significant difference in the level of calcitonin between the two groups （P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complications between the treatment group and the control group ［2.50% （1/40) vs 10.00% （4/40)，P > 0.05］.Conclusion：For neonates with feeding intolerance，heated herbal compress package combined with finger acupoint pressure can effectively improve the symptoms of feeding intolerance，shorten the length of hospital stay，improve growth and development，and adjust the levels of serum factors，and it is a safe and effective treatment regimen. |
