| 目的：观察督灸联合右归丸加减治疗肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS)的临床疗效。方法：将60 例肾阳虚型PCOS患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组各30 例。对照组予以炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗，治疗组予以督灸联合右归丸加减治疗，2组均治疗3个月经周期。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及促卵泡激素（follicle-stimulating hormone，FSH)、促黄体素（luteinizing hormone，LH)、睾酮（testosterone，T)、催乳素（prolactin，PRL)、雌二醇（estradio，E2)的水平，评价2组临床疗效，记录不良反应发生情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为86.67%（26/30），高于对照组的66.67%（20/30），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。治疗后2组中医证候积分及FSH、LH、T、PRL水平均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05或P＜0.01)，E2水平较治疗前升高（P＜0.05)，且治疗组各项指标的改善均优于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01)。2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论：督灸联合右归丸加减能改善肾阳虚型PCOS患者的症状，可能是通过提高血清E2水平，降低血清LH、FSH、T、PRL水平而实现。 |

| Clinical effect of Du-moxibustion combined with Modified Yougui pills in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney Yang deficiency：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Du-moxibustion combined with modified Yougui pills in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS) with kidney Yang deficiency.Methods：A total of 60 PCOS patients with kidney Yang deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets，while those in the treatment group were given Du-moxibustion combined with modified Yougui pills；both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The two groups were compared regarding their traditional Chinese medicine （TCM) syndrome scores and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH)，luteinizing hormone （LH)，testosterone （T)，prolactin （PRL)，and estradiol （E2) before and after treatment.Clinical outcome was assessed for both groups，and adverse reactions were recorded.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［86.67% （26/30) vs 66.67% （20/30)，P < 0.05］.After treatment，both groups exhibited a significant decrease in TCM syndrome score along with levels of FSH，LH，T，and PRL（P < 0.05或P < 0.01)，and an increase in E2 levels （P < 0.05)，and the treatment group had significantly better improvements in these indicators than the control group （P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion：Du-moxibustion combined with modified Yougui pills can improve the symptoms of PCOS patients with kidney Yang deficiency，possibly by increasing the serum level of E2 and reducing the serum levels of LH，FSH，T，and PRL. |
