| 目的：基于中医古籍挖掘含秫米处方的用药规律，为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法：从《中华医典》（第五版）数据库中检索含秫米的内服处方，运用Microsoft Office Excel 2023建立原始数据库，分析药物使用频次、性味归经及功效;采用SPSS Statistics 25.0 和SPSS Modeler 18.0 对高频药物进行关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果：共纳入处方259首，涉及中药318味，其中使用频次≥25次的中药有20味，排名前5位的中药依次为半夏、茯神、茯苓、陈皮、甘草;药性以寒、温、平为主;药味以甘、苦、辛为主;归经以脾、肺、胃、心经为主;药物功效以补虚、化痰止咳平喘、理气化湿多见。挖掘出18项关联规则，核心药物为半夏、茯神、茯苓、陈皮、甘草;聚类分析获得4组核心药物组合，提示与秫米相伍的中药以调理阴阳气血两虚为主要治法。结论：历代医家对秫米的用药以益气补阴、养血安神为核心，并在此基础上辅以燥湿化痰理气等药物，体现了中医“补虚祛邪、调和阴阳”的整体观。 |

| Medication rule of prescriptions containing husked sorghum:An analysis based on Chinese medical classics |

| Objective: To investigate the medication rule of prescriptions containing husked sorghum based on Chinese medical classics，and to provide a basis for rational drug use in clinical practice.Methods: The database of Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine (5th edition） was used to obtain the prescriptions for oral administration containing husked sorghum，and Microsoft Office Excel 2023 was used to establish an original database and analyze the frequency of use，nature，taste，meridian entry，and fuction of drugs.SPSS Statistics 25.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to perform association rule analysis and cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs.Results: A total of 259 prescriptions were included，involving 318 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM） drugs，among which 20 drugs had a frequency of use of ≥25 times，and the top 5 drugs in terms of frequency of use were Pinellia ternata，Poria cum Radix Pini，Poria cocos，tangerine peel，and Radix Glycyrrhizae.Most drugs had a cold，warm or neutral nature and a sweet，bitter or pungent taste，and they mainly entered the spleen，lung，stomach，and heart meridians.The main functions of the drugs included tonifying deficiency，resolving phlegm，relieving cough and asthma，regulating Qi，and resolving dampness.A total of 18 association rules were obtained，with the core drugs of Pinellia ternata，Poria cum Radix Pini，Poria cocos，tangerine peel，and Radix Glycyrrhizae，and the cluster analysis obtained 4 core drug combinations，suggesting that the TCM drugs compatible with husked sorghum had the main method of treatment of regulating Yin-Yang and Qi-blood deficiency.Conclusion: Doctors of all dynasties used the core method of benefiting Qi，nourishing Yin，nourishing the blood，and tranquilizing mind in the application of husked sorghum，with the help of dampness-drying，phlegm-eliminating，and Qi-regulating drugs，which reflects the holistic view of “tonifying deficiency，eliminating pathogens，and coordinating and harmonizing Yin and Yang” in traditional Chinese medicine. |
