| 目的：探讨耳穴贴压治疗肺系疾病的取穴规律。方法：检索中国知网（China National Knowledge Infrastructure，CNKI）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献服务系统(Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System,SinoMed）、PubMed、Web of Science数据库中自建库至2023年7月1日有关耳穴贴压治疗肺系疾病的相关研究。采用数据挖掘软件对文献中的耳穴进行频次统计、关联规则分析，描述各耳穴之间的配伍关联规律。结果：最终纳入文献96篇，涉及耳穴32个，应用总频次510次，高频耳穴依次为肺、神门、交感、气管、皮质下、肾、脾，使用频次最高的病种依次是慢性阻塞性肺疾病、咳嗽、肺炎、慢性支气管炎、哮喘、鼻炎、肺癌、肺结核。常用配伍耳穴为神门-肺-交感、肺-神门等。肺系疾病辨证分型中，实证（53.33%）略高于虚证（46.67%），4种主要证型分别为风寒犯肺型、痰热壅肺型、肺气虚型、肺脾气虚型。结论：肺系疾病耳穴贴压治疗存在明确的选穴规律，临床应用中病种分布集中，四大主要证型与不同病种均存在对应的特异性选穴特征，上述规律为临床耳穴贴压治疗肺系疾病的规范化辨证施穴提供了参考。 |

| Syndrome differentiation-based acupoint selection in auricular point sticking therapy for pulmonary diseases: A study based on data mining |

| Objective: To investigate the rules of acupoint selection in auricular point sticking therapy for pulmonary diseases.Methods: China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI），WANFANG DATA，VIP，Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System （SinoMed），PubMed，and Web of Science were searched for articles on auricular point sticking therapy for pulmonary diseases published up to July 1，2023.Data mining software was used to analyze the frequency of auricular points and perform association rule analysis，and the combination and compatibility rules between auricular points were described.Results: A total of 96 articles were included，involving 32 auricular points，with a total frequency of use of 510 times.High-frequency auricular points were lung，Shenmen，sympathetic，trachea，subcortical，kidney，and spleen in order，and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was the disease with the highest frequency of use，followed by cough，pneumonia，chronic bronchitis，asthma，rhinitis，lung cancer，and pulmonary tuberculosis.Commonly used auricular point combinations included Shenmen-lung-sympathetic and lung-Shenmen.As for the syndrome differentiation and typing of pulmonary diseases，excess syndrome (53.33%） accounted for a slightly higher proportion than deficiency syndrome (46.67%），and the four main syndrome types were wind-cold invading the lung，phlegm-heat obstructing the lung，lung-Qi deficiency，and Qi deficiency of lung and spleen.Conclusion: Clear acupoint selection rules are observed in auricular point sticking therapy for pulmonary diseases，with a concentrated distribution of disease types in clinical practice.There are specific acupoint selection rules for the four main syndrome types and different diseases.The above rules provide a reference for standardized syndrome differentiation-based acupoint selection in auricular point sticking therapy for pulmonary diseases. |
