| 目的：观察整体经络针刺法对中度抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：选取120 例中度抑郁症患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各60 例。2组患者均接受常规西药治疗，治疗组在此基础上予以整体经络针刺治疗，对照组在此基础上予以常规针刺治疗，2组均治疗24次，比较2组的汉密尔顿抑郁评分（Hamilton Depression Scale，HAMD-17），抑郁自评量表（Self-Rating Depression Scale，SDS）评分，中医证候评分，去甲肾上腺素（norepinephrine，NE）、5-羟色胺（5-hydroxytryptamine，5-HT）、多巴胺（dopamine，DA）、谷氨酸（glutamic acid，Glu）血浆水平及脑神经递质功率，并评价临床疗效。结果：愈显率治疗组为73.4%（44/60），高于对照组的46.7%（28/60）（P＜0.05）;2组HAMD、SDS、中医证候评分均有下降，且治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）;2组患者血浆和脑神经递质功率DA、5-HT、NE、Glu治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：整体经络针刺法可作为一种安全、有效的辅助方法用于治疗中度抑郁症，疗效优于常规针刺法，该机制可能与其能调节神经递质水平有关。 |

| Clinical effect of holistic meridian acupuncture in treatment of moderate depression:An analysis of 60 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of holistic meridian acupuncture in the treatment of moderate depression.Methods: A total of 120 patients with moderate depression were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 60 patients in each group.In addition to conventional Western medicine treatment，the patients in the treatment group were given holistic meridian acupuncture，and those in the control group were given conventional acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 24 sessions.The two groups were compared in terms of 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17） score，Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS） score，traditional Chinese medicine (TCM） syndrome score，norepinephrine (NE），5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT），dopamine (DA），glutamic acid (Glu） in the plasma levels and in the brain neurotransmitter power，and clinical outcome was assessed.Results: The treatment group had a significantly higher cure and marked response rate than the control group ［73.4% (44/60） vs 46.7% (28/60），P＜0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant reductions in HAMD score，SDS score，and TCM syndrome score，and the treatment group had significantly better scores than the control group (P＜0.05）.Both groups had significant changes in the plasma levels and Glu and the power of the brain neurotransmitters of DA，5-HT，NE，and Glu after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05）.Conclusion: As a safe and effective treatment method，holistic meridian acupuncture has a better clinical effect than conventional acupuncture in the treatment of moderate depression，possibly by regulating the levels of neurotransmitters. |
