| 李聪甫与刘炳凡同为湖湘中医脾胃流派的核心代表人物，文章总结对比了两位医家在脾胃理论基础与思想渊源、脾胃功能定位、治疗原则和方法方面的异同，通过崩漏的典型医案，对二老的临证思路进行分析，并对二老的嫡系传人在脾胃流派传承与创新发展方面的拓展进行了梳理，二者理论一脉相承又各具特色，其融合不仅深化了脾胃学说体系，更为现代中医诊疗心身疾病、疑难杂症提供了重要的理论指导和方法论启示。 |

| From “Spleen-Stomach Holistic View” to “Prioritizing the Spleen and Stomach in Treatment”：A Comparative Study of Li Congfu's and Liu Bingfan's Spleen-Stomach Theories |

| Li Congfu and Liu Bingfan are both core representatives of the Huxiang School of Spleen-Stomach Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine.This paper summarizes and compares the two masters' perspectives regarding the theoretical foundations，origins，functional positioning of the spleen and stomach， as well as their similarities and differences in treatment principles and methods.It also analyzes their clinical approaches to treating metrorrhagia.Furthermore，the contributions of their academic descendants to the inheritance and innovative development of the Spleen-Stomach School are reviewed.Although their theories share a common foundation，each has its own characteristics.The integration of their theories not only deepens the theoretical system of spleen-stomach doctrine but also provides significant theoretical guidance and methodological insights for the modern TCM diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic disorders and complex diseases. |
