| 目的：观察朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法配合颈椎定点旋转扳法治疗颈源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：将112 例颈源性眩晕患者根据随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组，每组各56 例。对照组予甲磺酸倍他司汀片及颈椎定点旋转扳法治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上予朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法治疗。比较2组治疗前后颈源性眩晕症状与功能评估量表（evaluation scale for cervicogenic vertigo，ESCV）评分、颈椎功能障碍指数（neck disability index，NDI）评分、血液流变学指标（全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容）水平，记录复发情况，评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.43%（54/56），对照组为83.93%（47/56），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后2组ESCV评分较治疗前升高，NDI评分以及血液流变学各项指标均较治疗前下降，且治疗组改善幅度均大于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。复发率治疗组为1.85%（1/54），对照组为17.02%（8/47），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法配合颈椎定点旋转扳法治疗颈源性眩晕的效果较佳，利于眩晕症状、颈椎功能的改善，有助于改善颈部血液循环，降低复发率，值得临床推广使用。 |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Zhu Lian inhibitory acupuncture manipulation type II combined with cervical targeted rotation maneuver in the treatment of cervicogenic dizziness.Methods：A total of 112 patients with cervicogenic dizziness were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table，with 56 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received betahistine mesylate tablets and cervical targeted rotation maneuver，and those in the treatment group received Zhu Lian inhibitory acupuncture manipulation type II in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of evaluation scale for cervical vertigo （ESCV）score，Neck Dysfunction Index （NDI）score，hemorheological indices （whole blood viscosity，plasma viscosity，and packed cell volume）before and after treatment；recurrence was recorded，and clinical outcome was assessed.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［96.43% （54/56）vs 83.93% （47/56），P＜0.05］.After treatment，both groups had a significant increase in ESCV score and significant reductions in NDI score and hemorheological indices，and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）.There was a significant difference in recurrence rate between the treatment group and the control group ［1.85% （1/54）vs 17.02% （8/47），P＜0.05］.Conclusion：Zhu Lian inhibitory acupuncture manipulation type II combined with cervical targeted rotation maneuver has a good clinical effect in the treatment of cervicogenic dizziness and can improve dizziness，cervical function，and cervical blood circulation and reduce recurrence rate，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
