| 本文通过对中医学发展史的分析，总结出中医经久传承的精神核心；比对中医传承的三条传统路径的优势与不足，发掘湖湘中医“五老”之首李聪甫先生在中医传承方面的功绩，最终总结出一条符合时代背景的新中医传承之路。今年是李聪甫先生诞辰120周年，这既是缅怀先生崇高的医德，也是为弘扬其学术精髓，为中医药的高质量发展建言献策。 |

| A preliminary exploration of modern traditional Chinese medicine talent cultivation paths in light of the development history of traditional Chinese medicine: Taking Li Congfu’s academic thought inheritance as an example |

| By analyzing the developmental history of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM），this article summarizes the spiritual core for the long-lasting inheritance of TCM；this article also compares the strengths and weaknesses of the three traditional pathways of TCM inheritance，explores the contributions of Mr.Li Congfu，the head of the “five famous old TCM doctors” in Hunan，China，in the inheritance of TCM，and ultimately proposes a new path for TCM inheritance that aligns with the contemporary conditions.This year marks the 120th anniversary of Li Congfu’s birth，which not only honors his outstanding medical ethics but also aims to promote his academic essence，thereby offering advice and suggestions for the high-quality development of TCM. |
