| 目的：观察自拟宫瘤汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：选取60 例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30 例。对照组采用米非司酮治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟宫瘤汤治疗，比较2组激素水平、子宫体积以及子宫肌瘤体积，并评价综合疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.67%（29/30），对照组为70.00%（21/30），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后，治疗组各激素水平、子宫体积、子宫肌瘤体积均优于治疗前，而对照组仅促卵泡激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）水平和子宫肌瘤体积优于治疗前，且治疗组、对照组组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：自拟宫瘤汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤，能够提高患者治疗效果，并改善患者激素水平、恢复子宫体积以及缩小子宫肌瘤体积，安全性高，值得临床应用。 |

| Clinical effect of self-made Gongliu decoction combined with mifepristone in treatment of uterine myoma：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Gongliu decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine myoma.Methods：A total of 60 patients with uterine myoma were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given mifepristone，and those in the treatment group were given self-made Gongliu decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of hormone levels，uterine volume，and uterine myoma volume，and overall response was assessed.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［96.67% (29/30) vs 70.00% (21/30)，P<0.05］.After treatment，treatment group had significant changes in hormone levels，uterine volume，and uterine myoma volume，while the treatment group had significant changes only in FSH，LH，and uterina myoma volume，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion：In the treatment of uterine myoma，self-made Gongliu decoction combined with mifepristone can enhance the treatment outcome of patients，improve hormone levels，restore uterine volume，and reduce uterine myoma volume，and it has a favorable safety profile and thus holds promise for clinical application. |
