| 目的：采用数据挖掘及统计学分析技术总结顾乃龙主任医师治疗乳腺癌内分泌治疗后类更年期综合征的用药特色及规律。方法：采用回顾性研究的方法，收集顾乃龙主任医师2015年1月1日至2022年10月31日于乌鲁木齐市中医医院门诊及住院部诊治的乳腺癌内分泌治疗后类更年期综合征且复诊>3次的病例，将信息录入中医传承辅助平台V2.5，对病例证型、治则及处方中药的使用频次、性味、归经、药类、关联规则及系统聚类进行统计与分析。结果：共纳入病例240 例，中医辨证以肝经郁热证频次最高，治则为清肝解郁、凉血调经；共收集处方240首，包含中药84味，使用频次>30次的中药共26味，药性多温、平、寒，药味多甘、苦、辛，多归肝、脾、肾经，频次最高的药物类别是补虚类和理气类；通过关联分析得出67对药物核心组合，聚类分析得到3组聚类药物组合。结论：顾乃龙主任医师治疗本病以疏肝、健脾、补肾为基本原则，采用滋补肝肾、疏肝健脾、解郁清热之法，其认为在改善内分泌治疗引起的不良反应的过程中，也可以进行抗肿瘤治疗。 |

| Medication rule of Gu Nailong in treatment of menopause-like syndrome after endocrine therapy for breast cancer：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication characteristics and rule of Chief Physician Gu Nailong in the treatment of menopause-like syndrome after endocrine therapy for breast cancer based on data mining and statistical analyses. Methods：A retrospective analysis was performed for the patients with menopause-like syndrome after endocrine therapy for breast cancer who were diagnosed and treated in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Urumqi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1，2015 to October 31，2022 and revisited the hospital for more than three times. Related information was entered into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5，and statistics and analyses were performed for syndrome type and principle of treatment，as well as the frequency of use，nature/taste，meridian entry，drug type，association rule，and hierarchical clustering of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs in prescriptions. Results：A total of 240 cases were included.TCM syndrome differentiation showed the highest frequency of stagnated heat in liver meridian，and the principle of treatment was clearing liver-fire，resolving stagnation，cooling blood，and regulating menstruation. A total of 240 prescriptions were collected，involving 84 TCM drugs，and there were 26 drugs with a frequency of use of >30 times. Most drugs had a warm，neutral or cold nature and a sweet，bitter or pungent taste，and they mainly entered the liver，spleen，and kidney meridians. Deficiency-tonifying and Qi-regulating drugs showed the highest frequency.The association analysis obtained 67 core drug combinations，and the cluster analysis obtained 3 clusters of drugs. Conclusion：Chief Physician Gu Nailong applies the basic principle of soothing the liver，strengthening the spleen，and tonifying the kidney in the treatment of this disease and adopts the methods of nourishing the liver and kidney，soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen，and resolving stagnation and clearing heat. He believes that antitumor therapy can be performed during the process of improving adverse reactions caused by endocrine therapy. |
