| 目的：基于数据挖掘探析中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的用药规律。方法：检索中国知网、万方数据、维普中文科技期刊数据库自建库至2023年2月28日收录的中医药治疗PCOS的文献，筛选后建立数据库，利用中医传承辅助平台（V3.0）分析PCOS的中医证候，高频药物，药物组合，聚类及其经后期、经间期、经前期、行经期的常用中药，核心组合。结果：涉及中医证候53个，痰湿证排第一位。处方919首，中药313味，前5位为当归、菟丝子、茯苓、熟地黄、香附。中药类别以补虚药、活血化瘀药、理气药为主。获得常用药物组合10组，关联药物组合15组，核心药物组合3组。其中经后期处方118首，中药147味，前5位为菟丝子、熟地黄、当归、茯苓、山茱萸；核心药物组合3组。经间期处方102首，中药153味，前5位为当归、菟丝子、茯苓、熟地黄、丹参；核心药物组合3组。经前期处方104首，中药149味，前5位为菟丝子、当归、茯苓、香附、熟地黄；核心药物组合3组。行经期处方73首，中药128味，前5位为当归、香附、益母草、茯苓、丹参；核心药物组合3组。结论：中医药治疗PCOS突出补肾养精，同时重视活血化瘀、理气化痰祛湿。经后期以补肾精为主，方用左归饮、养精种玉汤；经间期补肾、活血化瘀并重，方用六味地黄丸合四物汤；经前期重在补肾阳，依健脾理气法、补肾助阳法处方；行经期着重理气活血，方用四物汤。 |

| Medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome: A study based on data mining |

| Objective: To investigate the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) based on data mining.Methods: CNKI，Wanfang Data，and VIP were searched for articles on TCM treatment of PCOS published up to February 28，2023，and a database was established after screening.Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V3.0) was used to analyze the TCM syndromes of PCOS，high-frequency drugs，drug combinations，clusters，and commonly used TCM drugs and core drug combinations during the postmenstrual period，the intermenstrual period，the premenstrual period，and the menstrual period.Results: PCOS was associated with 53 TCM syndromes，with phlegm-dampness syndrome as the most common syndrome.A total of 919 prescriptions were obtained，involving 313 TCM drugs，among which the top 5 drugs were Angelica sinensis，China dodder seed，Poria cocos，prepared Radix Rehmanniae，and Rhizoma Cyperi.The TCM drugs used were mainly deficiency-tonifying drugs，blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs，and Qi-regulating drugs.The analysis obtained 10 commonly used drug combinations，15 associated drug combinations，and 3 core drug combinations.There were 118 prescriptions used during the postmenstrual period，involving 147 TCM drugs，among which the top 5 drugs were China dodder seed，prepared Radix Rehmanniae，Angelica sinensis，Poria cocos，and Comus officinalis，and there were 3 core drug combinations.There were 102 prescriptions used during the intermenstrual period，involving 153 TCM drugs，among which the top 5 drugs were Angelica sinensis，China dodder seed，Poria cocos，prepared Radix Rehmanniae，and Salvia miltiorrhiza，and there were 3 core drug combinations.There were 104 prescriptions used during the premenstrual period，involving 149 TCM drugs，among which the top 5 drugs were China dodder seed，Angelica sinensis，Poria cocos，Rhizoma Cyperi，and prepared Radix Rehmanniae，and there were 3 core drug combinations.There were 73 prescriptions used during the premenstrual period，involving 128 TCM drugs，among which the top 5 drugs were Angelica sinensis，Rhizoma Cyperi，Herba Leonuri，Poria cocos，and Salvia miltiorrhiza，and there were 3 core drug combinations.Conclusion: The TMC treatment of PCOS highlights the importance of tonifying the kidney and nourishing essence and emphasizes the methods of activating blood，resolving stasis，regulating Qi，resolving phlegm，and eliminating dampness.Nourishing kidney-essence is the main therapy during the postmenstrual period，and thus Zuogui decoction and Yangjing Zhongyu decoction are used；both kidney-tonifying therapy and blood-activating and stasis-resolving therapy are emphasized during the intermenstrual period，and thus Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with Siwu Decoction are used；tonifying kidney Yang is the focus during the premenstrual period，and prescriptions should be developed based on the methods of strengthening the spleen，regulating Qi，and tonifying the kidney to strengthen Yang；regulating Qi and activating blood are important during the menstrual period，and thus Siwu Decoction is used. |
