| 目的：观察帕宁I号方治疗帕金森病(PD)阳虚生风、湿瘀痹阻证的临床疗效。方法：将42例阳虚生风、湿瘀痹阻型PD患者根据就诊时间分为2组，治疗3个月组（22例）、治疗6个月组（20例），疗程分别为3个月、6个月。采用西医常规疗法联合帕宁I号方治疗。观察中医证候积分、统一帕金森病评定量表第三部分(UPDRS Ⅲ)评分、帕金森病非运动症状评价量表(NMSS)评分、每日左旋多巴等效剂量(LEDD)及不良反应发生情况。结果：总有效率治疗3个月组为72.73%（16/22），治疗6个月组为100.00%（20/20），组间相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，2组中医证候积分、UPDRS Ⅲ评分、NMSS评分、LEDD均较治疗前下降，且治疗6个月组低于治疗3个月组，组内与组间比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组在治疗过程中均无不良反应发生。结论：采用西医常规疗法联用帕宁I号方治疗阳虚生风、湿瘀痹阻型PD患者可以改善运动症状和非运动症状，缓解中医症状，延缓病情，且随着治疗时间的延长，疗效更为明显。 |
