目的:基于数据挖掘探析王庆来教授治疗膝痹的用药规律。方法:收集整理2021年1月1日至2024年1月28日王教授运用中药治疗膝痹的医案。运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行关联规则分析,采用SPSS statistics 26.0软件进行药物频数统计和聚类分析。结果:共纳入有效处方403首,中药139味,总频次为5 494次,使用频次排前5位的中药分别是川芎、牛膝、薏苡仁、陈皮、忍冬藤。药性以温、平为主,药味以甘、苦为主,多归肝、脾、肺经。药物关联分析结果显示常用药物组合为伸筋草-路路通、忍冬藤-丝瓜络、川芎-丝瓜络等。聚类分析得到5个聚类组合。常用的方剂为滑膜炎方、补气运脾方。结论:王教授治疗膝痹以清热祛湿、补气运脾为法,辨病与辨证相结合,注重标本同治。 |

Medication rule of Wang Qinglai in treatment of knee arthralgia:A study based on data mining |

To investigate the medication rule of Professor Wang Qinglai in the treatment of knee arthralgia based on data mining.Methods:Medical records were collected from the patients with knee arthralgia who received traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment by Professor Wang from January 1,2021 to January 28,2024.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used for association rule analysis,and SPSS statistics 26.0 was used for drug frequency statistics and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 403 valid prescriptions were included,involving 139 TCM drugs,with a total frequency of 5 494 times,and the top 5 TCM drugs in terms of frequency were Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,coix seed,tangerine peel,and Caulis Lonicerae.Most drugs were warm or neutral in nature and had a sweet or bitter taste,and they mainly entered the liver,spleen,and lung meridians.The drug association analysis showed that the commonly used drug combinations included Lycopodium clavatum-Liquidambaris Fructus,Caulis Lonicerae-loofah sponge,Rhizoma Chuanxiong-loofash sponge.The cluster analysis obtained five clusters.The commonly used prescriptions included synovitis prescription and qi-tonifying and spleen-activating prescription.Conclusion:Professor Wang uses the heat-clearing and dampness-eliminating method and the Qi-tonifying and spleen-activating method in the treatment of knee arthralgia,with a combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation and a focus on simultaneous treatment of both manifestations and root causes. |
