| 目的：挖掘杨芳教授治疗甲状腺结节的遣方用药特点及规律，为甲状腺结节的中医临床诊治提供参考。方法：收集2021年10月31日至2023年7月6日杨教授辨治甲状腺结节的相关医案，通过中医传承计算平台（V3.5）软件对方药使用频次、功效、四气五味、归经、组方规律、关联规则以及聚类分析等进行数据挖掘。结果：共纳入病案160则，包含方剂160首，涉及中药160味。高频用药排名前5位的是茯苓、当归、白芍、玄参、浙贝母。功效排名前3位的为补虚类、清热类、化痰止咳平喘类；四气以寒性为主，其次为温、平性，五味以甘味为主，其次为苦、辛味，归经以肺、肝和胃经为主。得到使用频次≥163次的核心药物组合16组，新方组合5首。结论：杨教授治疗甲状腺结节多从肺、肝、胃出发，药物以补虚、清热和化痰止咳平喘类为主，挖掘出的新方组合可为甲状腺结节的临床治疗提供参考。 |

| Medication rule of Yang Fang in syndrome differentiation-based treatment of thyroid nodules：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the prescription and medication rules of Professor Yang Fang in the treatment of thyroid nodules，and to provide a reference for the clinical traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods：Medical records were collected from the patients with thyroid nodules after syndrome differentiation-based treatment by Professor Yang from October 31，2021 to July 6，2023，and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System (V3.5) was used to perform data mining of prescriptions and drugs in terms of frequency of use，function，four properties and five tastes，meridian entry，prescription rule，association rule，and cluster analysis.Results：A total of 160 medical records were included，containing 160 prescriptions，which involved 160 TCM drugs.The top five drugs in terms of frequency of use were Poria cocos，Angelica sinensis，Radix Paeoniae Alba，Radix Scrophulariae，and Fritillaria thunbergii.The top three types of drugs in terms of function were deficiency-tonifying drugs，heat-clearing drugs，and phlegm-eliminating，cough-relieving，and asthma-relieving drugs.Most drugs had a cold nature，followed by those with a warm or neutral nature，and most drugs had a sweet taste，followed by those with a bitter or pungent taste.The drugs mainly entered the lung，liver，and stomach meridians.There were 16 core drug combinations with a frequency of use of ≥163 times and 5 new prescription combinations.Conclusion：Professor Yang starts from the lungs，liver，and stomach in the treatment of thyroid nodules and mainly uses deficiency-tonifying drugs，heat-clearing drugs，and phlegm-eliminating，cough-relieving，and asthma-relieving drugs.The new prescription combinations obtained can provide a reference for the clinical treatment of thyroid nodules. |
