| 目的：基于数据挖掘分析重症肌无力的症状及用药规律。方法：计算机检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）中关于中医药治疗重症肌无力的相关文献,检索时间为建库至2021年1月31日,通过中医传承计算平台对中医症状分布及中药使用频次、功效、性味、归经等进行分析。结果：最终纳入文献92篇,处方112首,中药213味。中医症状273个,频次≥10次的症状中排前5位的依次为：眼睑下垂、乏力、纳差、复视、大便溏。使用频次≥15次的中药有21味,排前5位的依次为：黄芪、白术、甘草、当归、党参。高频中药分为10类功效,排前3位的为解表、补气、补阳。中药四气以温性为主,平、寒性次之;五味以甘、苦、辛味为主;归经以脾、肺经为主。关联规则分析显示,中心药物为黄芪、白术、当归、甘草、升麻、柴胡;四周的药物中体现了不同证型的加减用药。聚类分析提取到核心组合10组。结论：重症肌无力的临床表现是以脾胃虚弱证为主的乏力、纳差、便溏等症状,涉及肝肾,并兼有痰瘀相关症状,临床多以补中益气汤为基础方进行随证加减,辅以补益肝肾、疏肝理气、清热化湿、息风通络之品。 |

| Objective：To investigate the symptoms and medication rule of myasthenia gravis based on data mining.Methods：CNKI and Wanfang Data were searched for articles on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of myasthenia gravis published up to January 31,2021,and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System was used to analyze the distribution of TCM symptoms and the frequency,function,taste,flavor,and meridian entry of TCM drugs.Results：A total of 92 articles were included,involving 112 prescriptions and 213 TCM drugs.There were 273 TCM symptoms in total,among which blepharoptosis,weakness,poor appetite,diplopia,and loose stool were the top five symptoms with a frequency of ≥10.There were 21 TCM drugs with a frequency of ≥15,and the top five TCM drugs were Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Angelica sinensis,and Codonopsis pilosula.The high-frequency TCM drugs had 10 functions,and the top three functions were exterior syndrome-relieving,Qi-tonifying,and Yang-tonifying.Most drugs were warm in nature,followed by those neutral or cold in nature,and most drugs had a sweet,bitter or pungent flavor and entered the spleen and lung meridians.Association rule analysis showed that the core drugs were Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.,Angelica sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Cimicifugae,and Bupleurum chinense,and the other drugs reflected modified medication for different syndrome types.Cluster analysis obtained 10 core drug combinations.Conclusion：The clinical manifestations of myasthenia gravis include weakness,poor appetite,and loose stool,which are the main symptoms of deficiency of spleen and stomach,and such manifestations also involve the liver and the kidneys and the symptoms of phlegm stasis.Buzhong Yiqi decoction is used as the basic prescription in clinical treatment and is modified according to the syndrome,with the supplementation of the drugs for tonifying the liver and kidney,soothing the liver and regulating Qi,clearing heat and resolving dampness,and extinguishing wind and dredging collaterals. |
