| 目的：探讨昆仙胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗肾虚湿浊型肾病综合征的临床疗效及其对血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法：将肾虚湿浊型肾病综合征患者70 例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35 例。对照组单予糖皮质激素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联用昆仙胶囊治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月,观察患者治疗前后的生化指标、血清炎症因子以及中医证候积分的变化情况,比较2组治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为77.14%（27/35）,对照组为37.14%（13/35）,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；治疗后,2组各项指标均较治疗前明显改善（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）,且治疗组24 h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、血清炎症因子、中医证候积分均较对照组改善明显（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；2组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：昆仙胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗肾虚湿浊型肾病综合征,在减少尿蛋白、升高血清白蛋白、降低血清炎症因子水平、改善中医证候方面疗效显著。 |

| Clinical effect of Kunxian capsules in treatment of nephrotic syndrome with kidney deficiency and turbid dampness and its effect on the serum levels of inflammatory factors |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Kunxian capsules combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome with kidney deficiency and turbid dampness and its effect on the serum levels of inflammatory factors.Methods：A total of 70 patients with nephrotic syndrome with kidney deficiency and turbid dampness were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given glucocorticoids alone,and those in the treatment group were given Kunxian capsules in addition to the treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups.The two groups were observed in terms of the changes in biochemical parameters,serum inflammatory factors,and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score after treatment,and treatment outcome and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［77.14% (27/35) vs 37.14% (13/35),P<0.05］.After treatment,both groups had significant improvements in the above indices (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and compared with the control group,the treatment group had significantly greater improvements in 24-hour urinary protein,serum albumin,total cholesterol,serum inflammatory factors,and TCM syndrome score (P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion：In the treatment of nephrotic syndrome with kidney deficiency and turbid dampness,Kunxian capsules combined with glucocorticoids can effectively reduce urinary protein,increase serum albumin,reduce the serum levels of inflammatory factors,and improve TCM syndrome. |
