| 目的：探讨六君子汤合膈下逐瘀汤加减治疗痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）的疗效。方法：将92 例痰瘀互结型NAFLD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各46例。2组均予以基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗上予以复方益肝宁胶囊及维生素C片治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上加用六君子汤合膈下逐瘀汤治疗。治疗8周后检测肝功能［丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT）］、胆碱酯酶（CHE）及血脂［三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）］指标水平,并进行中医证候（胁肋部刺痛或钝痛、胁肋下痞块、胸脘部痞满、厌油腻纳呆）积分评定。结果：总有效率治疗组为95.66%（44/46）,高于对照组的76.09%（35/46）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后2组中医证候积分,ALT、AST、GGT、CHE、TG和TC指标与治疗前比较均有所改善,且治疗组改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：六君子汤合膈下逐瘀汤加减可以促进肝功能的修复,降低血脂,减轻患者症状,值得临床推广使用。 |

| Clinical effect of Liujunzi decoction combined with modified Gexia Zhuyu decoction in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis：An analysis of 46 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Liujunzi decoction combined with modified Gexia Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.Methods：A total of 92 patients with NAFLD with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 46 patients in each group.In addition to basic treatment,the patients in the control group were given compound Yiganning capsules and vitamin C tablets,and those in the treatment group were given Liujunzi decoction combined with Gexia Zhuyu decoction.After 8 weeks of treatment,liver function parameters ［alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),and glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT)］,cholinesterase (CHE),and blood lipids ［triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC)］ were measured,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes (stabbing pain or dull pain in lateral thorax,abdominal mass below lateral thorax,stuffiness and fullness in chest,and poor appetite) were determined.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［95.66% (44/46) vs 76.09% (35/46),P<0.05］.After treatment,both groups had significant improvements in TCM syndrome score,ALT,AST,GGT,CHE,TG,and TC,and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Liujunzi decoction combined with modified Gexia Zhuyu decoction can promote the repair of liver function,reduce blood lipids,and alleviate symptoms and thus holds promise for clinical application. |
