| 目的：观察疏血通脉汤对卒中后偏瘫肢体血栓性肿胀的临床疗效。方法：将60 例脑卒中后偏瘫肢体血栓性肿胀患者随机分为2组,每组各30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗联合功能训练,治疗组在对照组基础上加用疏血通脉汤治疗。比较2组的综合疗效及治疗前后患侧肢体周径的变化。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.00%（27/30）,对照组为80.0%（24/30）,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗2、4周后治疗组患侧肢体上、下肢周径均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：疏血通脉汤可以改善卒中后偏瘫肢体血栓性肿胀,提高临床综合疗效。 |

| Clinical effect of Shuxue Tongmai decoction in treatment of post-thrombotic swelling in hemiplegic extremities after stroke：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Shuxue Tongmai decoction in the treatment of post-thrombotic swelling in hemiplegic extremities after stroke.Methods：A total of 60 patients with post-thrombotic swelling in hemiplegic extremities after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment combined with functional training,and those in the treatment group were given Shuxue Tongmai decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of overall response and the change in perimeter of ipsilateral extremities after treatment.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group [90.00% (27/30) vs 80.0% (24/30),P＜0.05].After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group had significantly smaller perimeters of the ipsilateral upper and lower extremities than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Shuxue Tongmai decoction can improve post-thrombotic swelling in hemiplegic extremities after stroke and thus improve overall response. |
