| 目的：观察四君子汤合四妙散对多发性肌炎急性期患者肌力、肌电图及血清磷酸肌酸激酶（CPK）的影响。方法：将90 例多发性肌炎急性期患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45 例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用四君子汤合四妙散治疗。比较2组患者治疗前和治疗后1个月、3个月时的肌力、肌电图及血清CPK水平。结果：治疗组治疗后1个月、3个月时肌力、肌电图、血清CPK改善均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,而血清抗JO-1抗体水平治疗后1个月、3个月时与本组治疗前比较均无明显变化。结论：四君子汤合四妙散对多发性肌炎急性期患者血清抗JO-1抗体水平无明显影响,但能改善肌电图、血清CPK水平,对肌无力症状和体征的改善效果显著,值得临床推广。 |

| Effect of Sijunzi decoction combined with Simiao powder on muscle strength,electromyogram,and serological markers in patients in the acute stage of polymyositis |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of Sijunzi decoction combined with Simiao powder on muscle strength,electromyogram,and serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK) in patients in the acute stage of polymyositis.Methods：A total of 90 patients in the acute stage of polymyositis were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table,with 45 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine,and those in the treatment group were given Sijunzi decoction combined with Simiao powder in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of muscle strength,electromyogram,and serum CPK before treatment and at 1 and 3 months after treatment.Results：At 1 and 3 months after treatment,the treatment group had significantly better improvements in muscle strength,electromyogram,and serum CPK than the control group (P＜0.05),with no significant change in the serum level of anti-JO-1 antibody.Conclusion：In patients in the acute stage of polymyositis,Sijunzi decoction combined with Simiao powder has no marked influence on the serum level of anti-JO-1 antibody,but it can significantly improve electromyogram,serum CPK level,and the symptoms and signs of muscle weakness,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application. |
