| 目的：观察平消康肾方对糖尿病肾病（DN）脾肾阳虚证患者的临床疗效。方法：将100 例糖尿病肾病脾肾阳虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各50 例。对照组采用基础治疗合缬沙坦胶囊口服，治疗组在对照组的基础上加服平消康肾方治疗，疗程均为3个月。观察比较2组治疗前后的中医证候积分、尿微量白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、血胱抑素-C、血糖的变化及不良反应，评定综合疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为92.00%（46/50），对照组为78.00%（39/50），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后中医证候积分较治疗前明显降低，且低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组尿微量白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量及血胱抑素-C治疗后均明显下降，且治疗组下降幅度更大，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。2组在治疗过程中及治疗后1个月内均未出现不良反应。结论：平消康肾方治疗糖尿病肾病脾肾阳虚证不仅能改善患者的临床症状，提高其生活质量，还能减少蛋白尿，降低血胱抑素-C水平，临床疗效确切。 |

| Clinical effect of Pingxiao Kangshen prescription in treatment of diabetic nephropathy with syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency：An analysis of 50 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Pingxiao Kangshen prescription in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.Methods：A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy with syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given basic treatment combined with oral valsartan capsules，and those in the treatment group were given Pingxiao Kangshen prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of the changes in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score，urinary microalbumin，24-hour urinary protein excretion，blood cystatin C，and blood glucose after treatment，adverse events，and overall response.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［92.00% (46/50) vs 78.00% (39/50)，P＜0.05］.After treatment，the treatment group had a significant reduction in TCM syndrome score and a significantly lower TCM syndrome score than the control group (P＜0.05).Both groups had significant reductions in urinary microalbumin，24-hour urinary protein excretion，and blood cystatin C after treatment，and the treatment group had significantly greater reductions than the control group (P＜0.05).There were no significant changes in fasting blood glucose，2-hour postprandial plasma glucose，and glycosylated hemoglobin in either group after treatment，and there were no significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).No adverse events were observed during treatment and within 1 month after treatment.Conclusion：Pingxiao Kangshen prescription has a marked clinical effect in patients with diabetic nephropathy with syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and can improve their clinical symptoms and quality of life and reduce proteinuria and blood cystatin C. |
