| 采用薄层色谱法对益肾片中制何首乌、白芍进行定性鉴别。方法：通过考察不同的展开条件对益肾片中制何首乌、白芍定性鉴别的影响，确定其薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果：在薄层色谱中，供试品与对照品在相应的位置上，有清晰的相同颜色斑点，阴性无干扰。结论：本方法有较好的专属性，重现性好，准确度高，操作简便，可作为益肾片的鉴别方法。 |

| Objective：To investigate the thin-layer chromatography (TLC) method for the qualitative identification of prepared Fallopia multiflora and Radix Paeoniae Alba in Yishen tablets.Methods：The influence of different conditions on the qualitative identification of prepared Fallopia multiflora and Radix Paeoniae Alba in Yishen tablets was analyzed to determine the TLC identification method.Results：The test article and the reference substance had clear spots on TLC with the same color，with no interference from negative control.Conclusion：This method has good specificity，repeatability，and accuracy and is simple and convenient，and therefore，it can be used as the identification method for Yishen tablets. |
