目的:制定接骨续筋散的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对接骨续筋散中骨碎补、续断、西红花、赤芍、木香进行定性鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对骨碎补中的柚皮苷进行定量分析。结果:在TLC色谱中可鉴别制剂中的骨碎补、续断、西红花、赤芍、木香;柚皮苷在0.032~3.150mg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),样品中柚皮苷的平均加样回收率为100.53%(RSD=2.10%)。结论:建立了接骨续筋散的TLC定性鉴别方法和HPLC定量方法,方法准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 |

Abstract: |
Objective:To establish the quality control method for Jiegu Xujin powder.Methods:Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was used for the qualitative identification of Rhizoma Drynariae,teasel root,Stigma Croci,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,and Saussurea costus in Jiegu Xujin powder.High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the quantitative analysis of naringin in Rhizoma Drynariae.Results:Rhizoma Drynariae,teasel root,Stigma Croci,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,and Saussurea costus were well identified in TLC.Naringin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.032-3.150 mg (r = 0.9999),with an average recovery rate of 100.53% (relative standard deviation = 2.10%).Conclusion:The methods for qualitative identification by TLC and quantitative analysis by HPLC are established for Jiegu Xujin powder.These methods are accurate with good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of this preparation. |
