| 目的：观察玉女煎灌肠治疗阴虚内热型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重（AECOPD）的临床疗效。方法：将56例AECOPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各28例。对照组运用西医常规疗法治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用玉女煎保留灌肠治疗。观察2组患者的中医证候积分、肺功能指标及综合疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.43%，优于对照组的78.57%（P＜0.05）。治疗前2组中医证候积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后2组中医证候积分及差值比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组治疗后肺功能各指标均优于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后FVC、FEV1均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：玉女煎灌肠对阴虚内热型AECOPD患者有较好的治疗作用。 |

| Clinical effect of enema with Yunyu decoction in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with Yin deficiency with internal heat |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of enema with Yunyu decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) with Yin deficiency with internal heat.Methods：A total of 56 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 28 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment，and those in the treatment were given retention enema with Yunyu decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score，pulmonary function parameters，and overall response.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group (96.43% vs 78.57%，P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05)，while after treatment，there were significant differences in TCM syndrome score and the change in TCM syndrome score between the two groups (P＜0.05).Both groups had significant improvements in pulmonary function parameters after treatment (P＜0.05)，and the treatment group had significantly better forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in the first second than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Retention enema with Yunyu decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of AECOPD with Yin deficiency with internal heat. |
