目的:通过检测在消栓饮干预下深静脉血栓(DVT)兔模型IL-6、IL-8不同时段的变化水平,初步探讨消栓饮治疗深静脉血栓的作用机制。方法:将45只新西兰兔建立DVT动物模型,随机分为3组,即消栓饮组、低分子肝素钠组、0.9%氯化钠注射液组,分别于术后第1天给予消栓饮、低分子肝素钠、0.9%氯化钠注射液治疗,连续治疗1周,分别于第1、3、7天给药4h后检测各组IL-6、IL-8水平。结果:与0.9%氯化钠注射液组比较,消栓饮组与低分子肝素钠组在术后同期的检测指标均下降(P<0.05);与术后第3天比较,3组术后第1、7天检测指标水平均下降(P<0.05);消栓饮组与低分子肝素钠组术后同期检测指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消栓饮通过减少深静脉血栓外周血IL-6、IL-8炎性因子的释放水平,从而抑制炎症反应,对深静脉血栓形成有防治作用。 |

Effect of Xiaoshuan decoction on peripheral interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in rabbits with deep venous thrombosis |

Objective:To investigate the changes in interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in different periods of time in rabbits with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)treated by Xiaoshuan decoction and the mechanism of action of Xiaoshuan decoction in the treatment of DVT.Methods:A total of 45 New Zealand rabbits were used to establish an animal model of DVT and then randomly divided into Xiaoshuan decoction group,low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH)group,and 0.9% sodium chloride injection group.These groups were treated with Xiaoshuan decoction,LMWH,and 0.9% sodium chloride injection,respectively,since day 1 after surgery.The course of treatment was one week.On days 1,3,and 7,the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were measured at 4 hours after administration.Results:Compared with the 0.9% sodium chloride injection group,the Xiaoshuan decoction group and the LMWH group had significant reductions in the above indices at each time point after surgery(P<0.05).In all groups,the values on days 1 and 7 after surgery were significantly lower than those on day 3(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in these indices between the Xiaoshuan decoction group and the LMWH group at each time point after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoshuan decoction can reduce the levels of peripheral IL-6 and IL-8,inhibit inflammatory response,and thus help with the prevention and treatment of DVT. |
