| 目的：观察黄芪五味消毒饮合消瘰丸治疗月经期肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎（GLM）的临床疗效。方法：将120例GLM患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例，对照组采用消瘰丸合矾冰液外敷治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加黄芪五味消毒饮加减治疗，比较2组临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为95.0%，对照组为68.3%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组患处皮色、疼痛程度、肿块大小及软硬程度、有无新发肿块评分明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：黄芪五味消毒饮合消瘰丸配合中医外治法治疗月经期GLM有较好疗效。 |

| Clinical effect of Huangqi Wuwei Xiaodu decoction combined with Xiaoluo pills in treatment of granulomatous lobular mastitis in the menstrual period：an analysis of 60 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Huangqi Wuwei Xiaodu decoction combined with Xiaoluo pills in the treatment of granulomatous lobular mastitis（GLM）in the menstrual period.Methods：A total of 120 patients with GLM were randomly divided into control group and treatment group，with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given Xiaoluo pills combined with external application of Fanbing solution，and those in the treatment group were given modified Huangqi Wuwei Xiaodu decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.Clinical outcome was compared between the two groups.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（95.0% vs 68.3%，P<0.05）.Compared with the control group，the treatment group had significantly higher scores of skin color，pain，mass size and hardness，and presence or absence of new masses at the affected sites（P<0.01）.Conclusion：Huangqi Wuwei Xiaodu decoction combined with Xiaoluo pills and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment has a good clinical effect in the treatment of GLM in the menstrual period. |
