| 目的：观察补肾活血方治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：将70例老年性骨质疏松症患者随机分为2组，各35例，治疗组采用补肾活血方治疗，对照组采用钙尔奇D片治疗，1个月为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后比较2组患者的视觉模拟评分（VAS）、骨密度及临床症状缓解情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为85.7%，对照组为60.0%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组VAS评分、骨密度水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：补肾活血方治疗老年性骨质疏松症临床疗效确切。 |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of kidney-tonifying and blood-activating prescription in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods：A total of 70 patients with senile osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given kidney-tonifying and blood-activating prescription，and those in the control group were given caltrate D tablets.Each course of treatment was one month，and the two groups were treated for three courses.The two groups were compared in terms of Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）score，bone mineral density，and remission of clinical symptoms.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（85.7% vs 60.0%，P<0.05）.Both groups had significant changes in VAS score and bone mineral density after treatment and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Kidney-tonifying and blood-activating prescription has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. |
