| 目的：观察增龄I号治疗中老年冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将90例中老年冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例，在常规西药治疗的基础上，治疗组加用增龄I号治疗，对照组加用麝香保心丸治疗。观察2组心绞痛症状、血压、心电图、胆固醇、三酰甘油、血小板、SOD、MDA的改善情况。结果：2组血压平均值、心电图疗效及血小板值组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；2组心绞痛疗效、胆固醇、三酰甘油、SOD、MDA值组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：增龄I号能改善中老年冠心病患者心绞痛症状，有较好的降脂、抗衰老、抗氧化作用。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Zengling-Ⅰ in the treatment of stable angina in middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods：A total of 90 middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 45 patients in each group.In addition to the conventional Western medicine treatment，the patients in the treatment group were given Zengling-Ⅰ，and those in the control group were given Shexiang Baoxin pills.The two groups were compared in terms of the changes in the symptoms of angina pectoris，blood pressure，electrocardiographic findings，cholesterol，triglyceride，platelet count，superoxide dismutase（SOD），and malondialdehyde（MDA）.Results：There were no significant differences between the two groups in mean blood pressure，electrocardiographic outcomes，and platelet count（P>0.05），while there were significant differences between the two groups in the outcome of angina pectoris，cholesterol，triglyceride，SOD，and MDA（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Zengling-Ⅰ can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris in middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease and has good antihyperlipidemic，anti-aging，and antioxidant effects. |
