| 通过分析目前中医药人才培养中存在的不足，探讨现代中医人才培养模式。认为中医经典知识薄弱、理论联系实践不够、创新性不强、对中医文化缺乏信仰是当前中医人才培养中的主要问题；提出培养中应注重经典及名家著作的学习，注重实践，加强师承，培养学生多维辨证思维和解决实际问题的能力，以期进一步改进现代中医人才培养方法，有利于提高中医人才水平，促进中医药学的发展。 |

| Abstract：By analyzing the current deficiencies in the training of talents in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)，this article discusses the training mode of TCM talents in the modern era. It is pointed out thata lack of classical TCM knowledge，connection between theory and practice，innovation，and faith in TCM culture is the main problem in the training of TCM talents at present. It is proposed that the training should focus on the learning of classical and famous TCM works，pay more attention to practice，strengthen the teacher's commitment，and cultivate students' multi-dimensional dialectical thinking and ability to solve practical problems，in order to further improve the training methods for TCM talents，enhance the level of TCM talents，and promote the development of TCM. |
