| 目的：分析桃红四物汤在骨折领域中的研究热点及趋势。方法：检索中国知网（China National Knowledge Infrastructure，CNKI）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）近十年收录的桃红四物汤治疗骨折的相关文献，采用Microsoft Excel绘制年发文量图，采用VOSviewer1.6.20软件构建作者共现图和关键词共现图，运用CiteSpace.6.4.R1软件生成机构共现图及关键词聚类图、突现图和时间线图。结果：共纳入文献444篇。分析结果显示，2015—2024年，该领域发文量呈持续增长趋势，近4年达到平台期；该领域已形成以湖南中医药大学和山东中医药大学为核心的研究团队，其中熊辉、陆小龙等为高产作者，其研究揭示了桃红四物汤在促进间充质干细胞归巢、抑制破骨细胞分化等方面的机制；研究热点主要集中于临床疗效观察与病理机制探索两大方向，近年来研究视角转向老年骨折，并广泛应用网络药理学方法。结论：桃红四物汤治疗骨折的研究体系日趋成熟，研究聚焦该方促进间充质干细胞归巢、抑制破骨细胞分化等核心作用机制，网络药理学成为该领域的重要研究方法。 |

| Objective: To investigate the research hotspots and trends of Taohong Siwu decoction in the field of fractures. Methods: CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang Data were searched for related articles on Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of fractures published in the past ten years. Microsoft Excel was used to plot the annual publication volume; VOSviewer 1.6.20 software was used to construct author co-occurrence map and keyword co-occurrence map; CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software was used to generate institutional co-occurrence map, as well as keyword clustering map, burst detection map, and timeline map. Results: A total of 444 articles were included. The analysis showed that there was a continuous increase in the number of publications in this field from 2015 to 2024, reaching a plateau in the last four years. Research teams centered around Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had been formed in this field, with Xiong Hui and Lu Xiaolong as the highly productive authors, and their studies had revealed the mechanisms of Taohong Siwu decoction in promoting mesenchymal stem cell homing and inhibiting osteoclast differentiation. Observation of clinical efficacy and exploration of pathological mechanisms were the main research hotspots, and in recent years, the research perspective had shifted towards senile fractures, with the wide application of network pharmacology methods. Conclusion: The research system of Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of fractures is becoming increasingly mature. The research mainly focuses on the core mechanisms of this prescription, such as promoting mesenchymal stem cell homing and inhibiting osteoclast differentiation. Network pharmacology has become an important research method in this field. |
