| 目的：观察壮骨健步膏治疗肝肾亏虚型老年性骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）的临床疗效。方法：将60例肝肾亏虚型老年性OP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组予阿仑膦酸钠片联合碳酸钙D3片治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用壮骨健步膏治疗，疗程均为3个月。比较2组左股骨颈骨密度（bone mineral density， BMD）、血钙（calcium， Ca）、中医证候各项评分（腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、下肢疼痛、下肢痿软、步履困难、目眩）和总积分的变化，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为89.29%（25/28），对照组为65.52%（19/29），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组治疗后左侧股骨颈BMD的T值均较本组治疗前升高（P<0.05），但治疗后2组组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；2组血Ca水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01或P<0.05）；2组治疗后中医证候各项评分和总积分均较本组治疗前降低（P<0.01），且治疗组腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、下肢疼痛、总积分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：壮骨健步膏能有效改善肝肾亏虚型老年性OP患者的中医证候及血钙水平。 |

| Clinical effect of Zhuanggu Jianbu ointment in treatment of senile osteoporosis with deficiency of liver and kidney: An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhuanggu Jianbu ointment in the treatment of senile osteoporosis with deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods: A total of 60 patients with senile osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given alendronate sodium tablets combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets, while those in the treatment group were given Zhuanggu Jianbu ointment in addition to the treatment in the control group, and the course of treatment was 3 months for both groups. The two groups were compared in terms of the changes in bone mineral density, blood calcium, traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome scores （low back pain, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, pain in lower extremities, flaccidity in lower extremities, difficulty in walking, and dizziness）, and total TCM syndrome score, and clinical outcome was assessed. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［89.29% （25/28） vs 65.52% （19/29）, P<0.05］. After treatment, both groups had significant increases in bone mineral density T-score of the left femoral neck （P<0.05）, with no significant difference between the two groups after treatment （P>0.05）. After treatment, both groups had a significant increase in blood calcium level, and there was a significant difference in blood calcium level between the two groups （P<0.01 or P<0.05）. After treatment, both groups had significant reductions in TCM syndrome scores and total TCM syndrome score （P<0.01）, and compared with the control group, the treatment group had significantly lower scores of low back pain, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, and pain in lower extremities and a significantly lower total score （P<0.05）. Conclusion: Zhuanggu Jianbu ointment can effectively improve TCM syndrome and blood calcium level in patients with senile osteoporosis with deficiency of liver and kidney. |
