| 目的：观察千金苇茎汤加减联合抗生素治疗痰热壅肺型肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将痰热壅肺型肺炎患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组给予西医常规抗生素治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用千金苇茎汤加减治疗，2组均治疗2周，比较2组中医证候评分、炎症指标、症状改善时间、肺功能指标和不良反应发生情况，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.67%（29/30），对照组为83.33%（25/30），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组中医证候评分、症状改善时间、炎症指标、肺功能指标治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；不良反应发生率治疗组为10.00%（3/30），对照组为16.67%（5/30），2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：千金苇茎汤加减联合抗生素治疗痰热壅肺型肺炎疗效显著，可明显改善患者临床症状，减轻炎症反应，促进患者早日康复。 |

| Clinical effect of modified Qianjin Weijing decoction combined with antibiotics in treatment of pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung: An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of modified Qianjin Weijing decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung. Methods: A total of 60 patients with pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment with antibiotics, while those in the treatment group were given modified Qianjin Weijing decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group, and both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score, inflammation markers, time to relief of symptoms, pulmonary function, and adverse reactions, and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［96.67% （29/30） vs. 83.33% （25/30）, P < 0.05］. After treatment, both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score, time to relief of symptoms, inflammation markers, and pulmonary function, and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group ［10.00% （3/30） vs. 16.67% （5/30）, P > 0.05］. Conclusion: Modified Qianjin Weijing decoction combined with antibiotics has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung and can significantly improve clinical symptoms, alleviate inflammatory response, and promote recovery. |
