| 目的：观察二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗痰湿蕴肺型老年慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法：将痰湿蕴肺型老年慢性支气管炎急性发作患者300例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各150例。对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗，2组均以4周为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程。比较2组中医证候积分、临床症状（喘息、咳嗽、肺部啰音）消失时间、不良反应发生情况，并比较临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为92.67%（139/150），对照组为72.00%（108/150），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组临床症状消失时间较对照组短（P<0.05）；不良反应发生率治疗组为11.33%（17/150），对照组为8.00%（12/150），2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：二陈汤合三子养亲汤能够有效缓解痰湿蕴肺型老年慢性支气管炎急性发作患者的支气管炎症刺激，改善其临床症状，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in treatment of acute exacerbation of senile chronic bronchitis with phlegm-dampness in the lung: An analysis of 150 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of senile chronic bronchitis with phlegm-dampness in the lung. Methods: A total of 300 patients with acute exacerbation of senile chronic bronchitis with phlegm-dampness in the lung were randomly divi
ded into treatment group and control group, with 150 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment, and those in the treatment group were given Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group. Each course of treatment was 4 weeks, and both groups were treated for 3 courses. The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score, time to disappearance of clinical symptoms （wheezing, cough, and pulmonary rales）, adverse reactions, and clinical outcome. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［92.67% （139/150） vs. 72.00% （108/150）, P <0.05］. After treatment, both groups had a significant change in TCM syndrome score （P < 0.05）, and there was a significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the treatment group had a significantly shorter time to disappearance of clinical symptoms （P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group ［11.33% （17/150） vs. 8.00% （12/150）, P > 0.05］. Conclusion: For patients with acute exacerbation of senile chronic bronchitis with phlegm-dampness in the lung, Erchen Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction can effectively alleviate bronchial inflammatory stimulation and improve clinical symptoms, and therefore, it holds promise for clinical application. |
