SIRT3在高脂血症和血管内皮功能损伤中的研究进展

摘要:
SIRT3是一种定位于线粒体内、具有稳定线粒体脱乙酰化活性的酶。它通过去乙酰化调节线粒体蛋白,在维持氧化还原平衡、调节能量代谢及线粒体动力学等方面发挥重要作用。SIRT3可通过调节线粒体功能改善血管内皮功能,而血管内皮功能的维护是防治高脂血症的关键环节。因此,通过研究SIRT3对血管内皮功能的影响,探索SIRT3对高脂血症的防治作用意义重大。同时,结合高脂血症及血管内皮损伤的中医病因病机,提出SIRT3的变化与中医脏腑气血阴阳存在关联的设想,可为高脂血症治疗的理论研究开辟新的中西医融合思路。

Abstract:
SIRT3 is an enzyme located in the mitochondria that has stable mitochondrial deacetylation activity. It regulates mitochondrial proteins through deacetylation and plays a crucial role in maintaining redox balance,regulating energy metabolism,and modulating mitochondrial dynamics. SIRT3 can improve vascular endothelial function by regulating mitochondrial function,and maintenance of vascular endothelial function is a key link in the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia. Therefore,it is of great importance to explore the effect of SIRT3 in the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia by analyzing its impact on vascular endothelial function. Meanwhile,with reference to the traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia and vascular endothelial injury,this article proposes the hypothesis that the change in SIRT3 is associated with viscera/bowels,Qi-blood,and Yin/Yang in traditional Chinese medicine,which may provide new ideas of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for theoretical research into the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
