| 目的：观察足经郄穴穴位注射正清风痛宁联合膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎（knee osteoarthritis，KOA）的临床疗效。方法：选取KOA患者60例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组采用膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用足经郄穴穴位注射正清风痛宁，观察并记录2组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）评分、Lysholm膝关节评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index，WOMAC）评分，以及不良反应发生情况，并评价综合疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.33%（28/30） ，对照组为66.67%（20/30） ，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组疼痛VAS评分、Lysholm膝关节评分、WOMAC评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组均出现1例不良反应，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：足经郄穴穴位注射正清风痛宁联合膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗KOA疗效显著，能明显改善患者疼痛、关节功能和生活质量，且安全性较高，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical effect of acupoint injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning at Xi points of the foot meridian combined with knee joint intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis: An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning at Xi points of the foot meridian combined with knee joint intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods: A total of 60 KOA patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given knee joint intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate，and those in the treatment group were given acupoint injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning at Xi points of the foot meridian in addition to the treatment in the control group. The two groups were observed in terms of Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score，Lysholm knee score，Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index （WOMAC） score，and adverse reactions，and overall response was assessed. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［93.33% （28/30） vs 66.67% （20/30），P < 0.05］. After treatment，both groups had significant changes in VAS pain score，Lysholm knee score，and WOMAC score，and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. There was one case of adverse reaction in each group，with no significant difference between the two groups （P > 0.05）. Conclusion: Acupoint injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning at Xi points of the foot meridian combined with knee joint intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of KOA and can significantly improve pain，joint function，and quality of life，with a good safety profile. |
