| 目的:观察分期滞针动法联合解语丹治疗风痰阻络型神经性吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法：将70例风痰阻络型神经性吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各35例。治疗组采用分期滞针动法联合解语丹治疗，对照组采用普通针刺法联合解语丹治疗，比较2组标准吞咽功能评价量表(Standardized Swallowing Assessment,SSA)评分、反复唾液吞咽试验、洼田饮水试验、才藤氏吞咽功能评定量表评级、治疗期间不良反应和随访3个月的情况，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为94.3%(33/35),对照组为74.3%(26/35),2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组SSA、反复唾液吞咽试验、洼田饮水试验、才藤氏吞咽功能评定量表评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：分期滞针动法联合解语丹能有效治疗风痰阻络型神经性吞咽障碍，且疗效优于普通针刺法联合解语丹，值得临床推广和应用。 |

| Clinical effect of staged stabilization-mobilization needling combined with Jieyu pills in treatment of neurological dysphagia with the syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals：An analysis of 35 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of staged stabilization-mobilization needling combined with Jieyu pills in the treatment of neurological dysphagia with the syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals.Methods：A total of 70 patients with neurological dysphagia with the syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group received staged stabilization-mobilization needling combined with Jieyu pills，while those in the control group received conventional acupuncture combined with Jieyu pills.The two groups were compared in terms of Standardized Swallowing Assessment (SSA)，repetitive saliva swallowing test，Kubota water swallow test，Saitou’s swallowing function scale，adverse reactions during treatment,follow-up status for 3 months,and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［94.3% (33/35) vs 74.3% (26/35)，P < 0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant reductions in the scores of SSA，repetitive saliva swallowing test，Kubota water swallow test，and Saitou’s swallowing function scale，and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion：Staged stabilization-mobilization needling combined with Jieyu pills has a marked effect in the treatment of neurological dysphagia with the syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals，with a better clinical effect than conventional acupuncture combined with Jieyu pills，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
