| 目的：通过数据挖掘总结火龙罐灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症（lumbar disc herniation，LDH）的核心穴位及首要经络。方法：检索中国知网（China National Knowledge Infrastructure，CNKI）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献服务系统(Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System，SinoMed）、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase和The Cochrane Library公开发表的火龙罐灸治疗寒湿型LDH的临床随机对照试验，检索时限为建库至2025年1月1日，根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献。采用Excel 2019建立数据库，统计腧穴频次、频率、归经、特定穴、火龙罐灸治疗方式，采用Cytoscape 3.10.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行描述性分析、“疾病证型-经络-穴位”网络构建、关联规则分析和聚类分析，总结核心穴位和主要经络。结果：共纳入文献143篇，包含腧穴75个，总使用频次为963次。其中使用频次最高的穴位为肾俞，腧穴所属归经主要为足太阳膀胱经;关联分析结果中有3条规则的支持度>50%，分别为肾俞-大肠俞、肾俞-腰阳关、委中-腰阳关。聚类分析获得腧穴有效聚类3个，正经有效聚类2个，腧穴分别为环跳-承山-昆仑-秩边-承扶-委中-阳陵泉、关元俞-腰俞、肾俞-大肠俞-腰阳关-命门-阿是穴-夹脊，正经分别为足少阳胆经-足太阴脾经-足太阳膀胱经、督脉-足阳明胃经-足少阴肾经。结论：火龙罐灸治疗寒湿型LDH存在明确的穴位和经络选择，核心穴组为大肠俞-腰阳关-阿是穴-夹脊-命门，首选经络为足少阳胆经-足太阴脾经-足太阳膀胱经，可为构建临床选择穴位经络处方提供循证依据。 |

| Application rule of acupoints in fire-dragon cupping moxibustion for treatment of lumbar disc herniation of cold-damp type：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To summarize the core acupoints and primary meridians and collaterals for fire-dragon cupping moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH) of cold-damp type based on data mining.Methods：CNKI，Wanfang Data，VIP，SinoMed，PubMed，Web of Science，Embase，and the Cochrane Library were searched for randomized controlled trials on fire-dragon cupping moxibustion for the treatment of LDH of cold-damp type published up to January 1，2025，and the articles were screened based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.Excel 2019 was used to establish a database，and statistical analyses were performed for the frequency，frequency of use，and meridian entry of acupoints，as well as specific acupoints and the treatment modality of fire-dragon cupping moxibustion.Cytoscape 3.10.0，SPSS Modeler 18.0，and SPSS 26.0 were used to perform a descriptive analysis of data，construct a “disease syndrome type-meridian-acupoint” network，conduct association rule analysis and cluster analysis，and summarize core acupoints and main meridians.Results：A total of 143 articles were included，involving 75 acupoints，with a total frequency of use of 963 times.Shenshu was the acupoint with the highest frequency of use，and the acupoints mainly entered the bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang.The association rule analysis showed a degree of support of >50% for 3 rules，i.e.，Shenshu-Dachangshu，Shenshu-Yaoyangguan，and Weizhong-Yaoyangguan.The cluster analysis obtained three effective clusters of acupoints (i.e.，Huantiao-Chengshan-Kunlun-Zhibian-Chengfu-Weizhong-Yanglingquan，Guanyuanshu-Yaoshu，and Shenshu-Dachangshu-Yaoyangguan-Mingmen-Ashi-Jiaji) and two effective clusters of acupoints along the meridians (i.e.，gallbladder meridian of foot-Shaoyang/spleen meridian of foot-Taiyin/bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang and governor vessel/stomach meridian of foot-Yangming/kidney meridian of foot-Shaoyin).Conclusion：There are specific acupoints and meridians for fire-dragon cupping moxibustion in the treatment of LDH of cold-damp type，with the core acupoint combination of Dachangshu-Yaoyangguan-Ashi-Jiaji-Mingmen and the preferred meridian of gallbladder meridian of foot-Shaoyang/spleen meridian of foot-Taiyin/bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang，which provides a basis for developing meridian prescriptions for selection of acupoints in clinical practice. |
