| 目的：基于数据挖掘分析史哲新教授治疗急性髓系白血病（acute myeloid leukemia,AML)化疗后骨髓抑制的用药规律。方法：以2023年1月至2024年6月史教授诊治AML化疗后骨髓抑制的一诊及复诊电子处方为数据来源，借助中医传承辅助平台的统计挖掘功能进行药物组方规律分析。结果：共纳入患者142 例，方剂142首，涉及中药178种，总使用频次为2 537次，使用频次≥25次的中药有30味，其中排名前5位的依次为黄芪、当归、白术、陈皮、茯苓;药性以温、寒、平为主，药味以甘、苦、辛为主，主要归脾、肺、肝、胃、心、肾经，功效主要为补虚、清热、止血、理气、消食;挖掘出27条关联规则，得到5个核心组方。结论：史教授治疗AML化疗后骨髓抑制多采用补肾生髓、扶正解毒的治法，兼以健脾，体现了“治病必求于本”的理念，重视调补脾肾的中医思想。 |

| Medication rule of Shi Zhexin in treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of Professor Shi Zhexin in the treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) based on data mining.Methods：Related data were collected from the electronic prescriptions of the first and subsequent visits of patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for AML who were treated by Professor Shi from January 2023 to June 2024，and the statistical mining function of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System was used to analyze the prescription rule.Results：A total of 142 patients were enrolled，involving 142 prescriptions and 178 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs，with a total frequency of use of 2 537 times.There were 30 TCM drugs with a frequency of use of ≥25 times，and the top 5 drugs in terms of frequency of use were Astragalus membranaceus，Angelica sinensis，Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.，tangerine peel，and Poria cocos.Most drugs were warm，cold，or neutral in nature and had a sweet，bitter，and pungent taste，and they mainly entered the spleen，lung，liver，stomach，heart，and kidney meridians，with the main functions of tonifying deficiency，clearing heat，promoting hemostasis，regulating Qi，and promoting digestion.A total of 27 association rules and 5 core prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion：Professor Shi mainly uses the methods of tonifying the kidney to regenerate bone marrow，strengthening vital Qi and detoxicating，and strengthening the spleen in the treatment of bone marrow bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for AML，which reflects the concept of “addressing the root cause when treating a disease” and emphasizes the TCM thinking of tonifying and nourishing the spleen and the kidney. |
