| 目的：基于网络药理学方法探讨扶正安中汤治疗非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的潜在靶点和作用机制。方法：利用TCMSP、HERB等数据库筛选扶正安中汤的活性成分，同时利用GeneCard、OMIM数据库筛选NSCLC的相关靶点。通过微生信平台绘制药物靶点和疾病靶点的交集靶点，并绘制韦恩图。将交集靶点导入STRING平台绘制PPI网络图，筛选核心靶点。利用Cytoscape 3.9.1软件构建药物-疾病-有效成分-靶点的中药复方调控网络图。通过DAVID数据库进行基因本体（GO）功能和京都基因与基因组百科全书（KEGG）通路富集分析，以筛选药物作用于疾病的可能机制。结果：筛选出扶正安中汤的有效成分141个，潜在靶点1 792个。其中，活性成分如黄毒素、异鼠李素、槲皮素、木犀草素与关键靶点肿瘤蛋白53（TP53）、蛋白激酶B（AKT1）具有良好亲和力。KEGG富集分析结果显示，主要涉及癌症通路和磷酸化磷酯酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B（PI3K/Akt）通路。结论：扶正安中汤治疗NSCLC的作用机制可能是通过多成分、多靶点、多通路共同发挥抗NSCLC的作用。 |

| Mechanism of action of Fuzheng Anzhong decoction in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer：A study based on network pharmacology |

| Objective：To investigate the potential targets and mechanism of action of Fuzheng Anzhong decoction in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) based on network pharmacology.Methods：Databases including TCMSP and HERB were used to obtain the active components of Fuzheng Anzhong decoction，and GeneCard and OMIM databases were used to obtain the targets associated with NSCLC.Weishengxin platform was used to plot the intersecting targets of drug targets and disease targets，and the Venn diagram was plotted.The intersecting targets were imported into STRING platform to establish the protein-protein interaction network and identify the core targets.Cytoscape 3.9.1 was used to construct a drug-disease-effective constituent-target network for the compound traditional Chinese medicine prescription.DAVID database was used to perform the gene ontology functional enrichment analysis and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis and explore the possible mechanism of action of the drug on the disease.Results：A total of 141 effective constituents were obtained for Fuzheng Anzhong decoction，involving 1 792 potential targets.The active components such as xanthotoxin，isorhamnetin，quercetin，and luteolin showed good affinity to the key targets of tumor protein 53 and protein kinase-B.The KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed the involvement of the cancer pathway and the PI3K/Akt pathway.Conclusion：Fuzheng Anzhong decoction exerts a therapeutic effect on NSCLC through multiple components，targets，and pathways. |
