| 目的：观察基于不同时辰组合用药的藏药堆慈巧门组合制剂治疗藏医肺病贴补（慢性支气管炎迁延期）的临床疗效。方法：将80 例藏医肺病贴补患者按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40 例。治疗组给予口服堆慈巧门组合制剂治疗，对照组采用常规西药联合藏药口服治疗。观察并比较2组症状积分、生理健康总评分（PCS）、心理健康总评分（MCS）以及安全性。结果：总有效率治疗组为87.50%（35/40），高于对照组的67.50%（27/40），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组治疗后症状积分、PCS、MCS评分均较治疗前改善，且治疗组改善幅度大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：堆慈巧门组合制剂可明显改善藏医肺病贴补（慢性支气管炎迁延期）患者的临床症状，疗效颇佳。 |

| Treatment of lung disease in Tibetan medicine (protracted chronic bronchitis) using Duici Qiaomen prescription based on combined drug use at different time points：An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the Tibetan drug Duici Qiaomen combined prescription in the treatment of protracted chronic bronchitis based on combined drug use at different time points.Methods：A total of 80 patients with protracted chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order by which they attended the hospital，with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given oral administration of Duici Qiaomen combined prescription，and those in the control group were given oral administration of conventional Western medicine combined with Tibetan drug.The two groups were observed and compared in terms of symptom score，Physical Component Summary (PCS) score，Mental Component Summary (MCS) score，and safety.Results: The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［87.50% (35/40) vs 67.50% (27/40)，P<0.05］.After treatment，both groups had improvements in symptom score，PCS score，and MCS score，and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse events between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion：Duici Qiaomen combined prescription has a good clinical effect and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with protracted chronic bronchitis. |
