| 目的：探讨王方教授治疗季节过敏性结膜炎（SAC）的用药规律。方法：收集2021年1月1日至2024年1月1日于贵州中医药大学第二附属医院王教授门诊诊治的SAC患者的病案资料，采用Excel软件统计药物频次、四气五味与归经频次，运用Rstudio 4.3.2软件进行关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果：共纳入处方164首，涉及药物171味。药物使用频次排前5位的中药为炙甘草、防风、白芍、银柴胡、陈皮；寒性药使用最多，其次为温性与平性药；药味主要为甘、苦、辛味；归经主要归脾、肝、肺、胃经。高频中药关联规则分析显示，常用的配伍包括侧柏叶-防风、侧柏叶-银柴胡、银柴胡-防风、（侧柏叶、银柴胡）-防风、（辛夷、银柴胡）-防风、（白芍、侧柏叶）-防风。高频中药聚类分析显示出4类药物组合。结论：王教授治疗SAC以扶土抑木为基本治则，以健脾清肝、祛风止痒为基本治法，重视补脾益气、清肝明目、祛风止痒等药物的配伍应用。 |

| Medication rule of Wang Fang in treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis:A study based on data mining |

| Objective: To investigate the medication rule of Professor Wang Fang in the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis (SAC).Methods: Medical records were collected from the patients with SAC who attended the outpatient service of Professor Wang in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1，2021 to January 1，2024.Excel was used to analyze the frequency of use，nature/taste，and meridian entry of drugs，and Rstudio 4.3.2 was used to perform association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results: A total of 164 prescriptions were included，involving 171 drugs.The top five drugs in terms of frequency of use were Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata，Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root，Radix Paeoniae Alba，Radix Stellariae，and tangerine peel.Most drugs used were cold in nature，followed by those with a warm or neutral nature，and most drugs had a sweet，bitter，or pungent taste; the drugs mainly entered the spleen，liver，lung，and stomach meridians.The association rule analysis of high-frequency drugs showed that commonly used drug combinations included Cacumen biotae-Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root，Cacumen biotae-Radix Stellariae，Radix Stellariae-Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root，(Cacumen biotae/Radix Stellariae)-Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root，(Flos Magnoliae/Radix Stellariae)-Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root，and (Radix Paeoniae Alba/Cacumen biotae)-Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root.The cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs obtained four drug combinations.Conclusion: Professor Wang adopts the basic principle of supporting earth and inhibiting wood and the basic treatment methods of strengthening the spleen and clearing liver-fire and dispelling pathogenic wind and arresting itching，with emphasis on the combination of spleen-tonifying and Qi-tonifying drugs，drugs for clearing liver-fire and improving eyesight，and drugs for dispelling pathogenic wind and arresting itching. |
