| 目的：运用数据挖掘技术分析《寿世保元》关于痹证的辨治用方，探讨龚廷贤治疗痹证的遣方用药规律。方法：筛选《寿世保元·戊集》中治疗痹证的方剂，建立数据库，运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行关联规则分析，采用SPSS statistics 26.0软件分析药物使用频数、性味归经、功效和关联规则等。结果：共纳入处方51首，涉及中药120味，总用药频次586次。使用频次排名前10位的中药为当归、炙甘草、川芎、羌活、生姜、陈皮、防风、茯苓、人参、黄芪。四性以温、平、寒性为主，五味以辛、甘、苦味为主，归经以脾、肝、肺经为主。药物类别以补虚药最多；高频药物系统聚类得出药对25对，药物组合4组。结论：龚氏治疗痹证重视脉症合参，强调从脾胃论治，主要以扶正补虚、燥湿化痰、清热通络、活血化瘀、开腠达邪等为核心治法。 |

| Medication rule of the treatment of rheumatism in Prolonging Life and Preserving the Origin: A study based on data mining |

| Objective: To investigate the syndrome differentiation-based treatment and prescriptions for rheumatism in Prolonging Life and Preserving the Origin and the prescription and medication rules of Gong Tingxian in the treatment of rheumatism.Methods: A database was established for the prescriptions for rheumatism in Prolonging Life and Preserving the Origin: Volume V.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to perform the association rule analysis，and SPSS statistics 26.0 software was used to analyze the drugs in terms of frequency of use，nature/taste/meridian entry，function，and association rule.Results: A total of 51 prescriptions were included，involving 120 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs，with a total frequency of use of 586 times.The top 10 TCM drugs in terms of frequency of use were Angelica sinensis，Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata，Rhizoma Chuanxiong，Notopterygium incisum，ginger，tangerine peel，Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root，Poria cocos，Panax ginseng，and Astragalus membranaceus.Most drugs were warm，neutral or cold in nature and had a pungent，sweet or bitter taste，and they mainly entered the spleen，liver，and lung meridians.The drugs were mainly deficiency-tonifying drugs，and the hierarchical cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs obtained 25 drug pairs and 4 drug combinations.Conclusion: In the treatment of rheumatism，Gong Tingxian emphasized the comprehensive analysis of both pulse manifestation and symptoms，stressed the treatment from the spleen and the liver，and mainly adopted the methods of strengthening vital Qi and tonifying deficiency，drying dampness and resolving phlegm，clearing heat and dredging collaterals，activating blood and resolving stasis，and opening the interstices and expelling pathogens. |
