| 目的：观察温经通络方熏洗联合甲钴胺治疗化疗相关周围神经病变（CIPN）的疗效。方法：选择60 例CIPN患者为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各30 例。对照组采用甲钴胺口服治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用温经通络方熏洗治疗，比较2组治疗前后神经毒性分级、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量量表-化疗所致外周神经病变量表(EORTC QLQ CIPN20)评分及卡氏功能状态（KPS）评分，并评定综合疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为96.67%（29/30），对照组为80.00%（24/30），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，2组患者的EORTC QLQ-CIPN20评分均降低，KPS评分均上升，且治疗组改善优于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。2组均未发生明显不良事件。结论：温经通络方熏洗联合甲钴胺内服可减轻CIPN患者的临床症状，提高患者的生活质量。 |

| Clinical effect of fumigation-washing therapy with Wenjing Tongluo prescription combined with mecob alamin in treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy: An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of fumigation-washing therapy with Wenjing Tongluo prescription combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN).Methods: A total of 60 patients with CIPN were enrolled as subjects and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given oral administration of mecobalamin，and those in the treatment group were given fumigation-washing therapy with Wenjing Tongluo prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of the grade of neurotoxicity，European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-CIPN twenty-item scale (EORTC QLQ-CIPN20) score，and Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score before and after treatment，and overall response was assessed.Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［96.67% (29/30) vs 80.00% (24/30)，P<0.05］.After treatment，both groups had a significant reduction in EORTC QLQ-CIPN20 score and a significant increase in KPS score，and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group (P<0.05 orP<0.01).No obvious adverse events were observed in either group.Conclusion: Fumigation-washing therapy with Wenjing Tongluo prescription combined with oral administration of mecobalamin can alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life in patients with CIPN. |
