| 基于数据挖掘技术分析近20年来中医药治疗肝衰竭的用药规律。方法：检索万方数据（WANFANG DATA）、中国知网（CNKI）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SinoMed）、PubMed等数据库2002年1月1日至2022年12月31日发表的关于中医药治疗肝衰竭的临床文献，采用SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 26.0进行用药规律分析。结果：共纳入文献128篇，涉及中药处方141首，包含148味中药。中药使用频次排名前5位的依次为茵陈、赤芍、甘草、大黄、茯苓；功效排名前3位的是清热药、利水渗湿药、理气药；药性多寒、温、平；药味多苦、甘、辛；归经以肝、脾、心经为主；常用药对组合为茵陈-栀子、茵陈-黄柏、茵陈-大黄，最常用药物组合为茵陈-大黄-栀子；聚类分析得到5个聚类组合。结论：中医药治疗肝衰竭以清热、利水渗湿、理气为主，注重活血化瘀同用，不忘益气扶正。 |

| Medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of liver failure：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of liver failure over the past 20 years based on data mining.Methods：Databases including Wanfang Data，CNKI，VIP，SinoMed，and PubMed were searched for clinical articles on TCM treatment of liver failure published from January 1，2002 to December 31，2022，and SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used for the analysis of medication rule.Results：A total of 128 articles were included，involving 141 TCM prescriptions，which contained 148 TCM drugs.The top five TCM drugs in terms of frequency were Artemisia capillaris，Radix Paeoniae Rubra，Radix Glycyrrhizae，Rheum officinale，and Poria cocos，and the top three types of drugs in terms of function were heat-clearing drugs，diuresis-inducing and dampness-draining drugs，and Qi-regulating drugs.Most drugs had a cold，warm，or neutral nature and a bitter，sweet，or pungent taste，and the drugs mainly entered the liver，spleen，and heart meridians.Commonly used drug combinations were Artemisia capillaris-Fructus Gardeniae，Artemisia capillaris-Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex，and Artemisia capillaris-Rheum officinale，and the most commonly used drug combination was Artemisia capillaris-Rheum officinale-Fructus Gardeniae.The cluster analysis obtained five clusters.Conclusion：clearing heat，promoting diuresis and draining dampness，and regulating Qi are the main methods for TCM treatment of liver failure，with a focus on blood-activating and stasis-resolving therapy，as well as the method of tonifying Qi and strengthening vital Qi. |
