| 目的：基于数据挖掘分析中药酸甘药物治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的用药规律。方法：检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据(WANFANG DATA)，收集中医药治疗UC的方剂，时间设置为2013年1月1日至2023年1月1日。经过筛选后运用统计软件对方剂中的酸、甘味药物进行频数、关联分析，并进一步对含白芍-甘草的方剂中药物配伍规律进行分析。结果：共收集处方86首，中药137味，其中包含酸、甘味的中药65味，使用频次排名前3位的甘味中药依次为甘草、白术、茯苓；排名前3位的酸味中药分别为白芍、地榆、乌梅。关联网络图显示酸甘药对组合以白芍-甘草、白芍-白术为主。其中挑选出含白芍-甘草的方剂再次进行数据分析，结果显示与白芍-甘草配伍的药物频次排名前3位的分别为白术、木香、黄连，关联规则提示白术-茯苓、茯苓-陈皮等药对在含白芍-甘草处方中较为常用，中药聚类可分为3类，即黄连、木香、黄芩、地榆、白头翁；白术、茯苓、陈皮、党参；当归。结论：溃疡性结肠炎用药的酸甘药对以白芍-甘草为主，其配伍的药物以清热、健脾、利湿为多。 |

| Medication rule of sour and sweet traditional Chinese medicine drugs in treatment of ulcerative colitis：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of sour and sweet traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC).Methods：CNKI and Wanfang Data were searched to collect the TCM prescriptions for the treatment of UC published from January 1，2013 to January 1，2023.After screening，statistical software was used to perform frequency and association analyses of sour and sweet drugs in prescriptions，and a compatibility rule analysis was performed for TCM drugs in the prescriptions containing Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Glycyrrhizae.Results：A total of 86 prescriptions were collected，involving 137 TCM drugs，among which there were 65 sour and sweet drugs.The top three sweet drugs in terms of frequency of use were Radix Glycyrrhizae，Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.，and Poria cocos，and the three sour drugs in terms of frequency of use were Radix Paeoniae Alba，Sanguisorba officinalis，and Fructus Pruni Mume.The association network showed that Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Paeoniae Alba-Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.were the main sour-sweet drug combinations.A data analysis was further performed for the prescriptions containing Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Glycyrrhizae，and the results showed that Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.，Saussurea costus，and Coptis chinensis were top three drugs in terms of frequency that were used in combination with Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Glycyrrhizae.The association rule analysis showed that the drug combinations such as Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.-Poria cocos and Poria cocos-tangerine peel were commonly used in the prescriptions containing Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Glycyrrhizae.The TCM drugs were clustered into three categories，i.e.，Coptis chinensis-Saussurea costus-Scutellaria baicalensis-Sanguisorba officinalis-Pulsatilla chinensis，Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.-Poria cocos-tangerine peel-Codonopsis pilosula，and Angelica sinensis.Conclusion：Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Glycyrrhizae is the main sour-sweet drug combination used for the treatment of UC，and it is often used in combination with heat-clearing，spleen-strengthening，and diuresis-promoting drugs. |
