| 目的：总结詹强教授基于“平秘论”治疗气滞血瘀型腰痛的用药规律。方法:收集2022年12月1日至2023年5月1日詹强教授治疗气滞血瘀型腰痛的门诊病案，建立相关数据库，运用Excel、SPSS Modeler、SPSS Statistics软件进行频数统计、关联规则及聚类分析。结果：纳入241首处方，得到21味高频中药，使用频次排名前5位的药物依次为炙甘草、大枣、当归、路路通、川芎;药物四气以温、平、寒为主，五味以甘、辛、苦为主，归经以肝、脾、肾经为主;二项关联规则共得到21条，聚类分析共得9类;核心组方为当归、川芎、路路通、黄芪、杜仲、炙甘草、大枣。结论：詹强教授治疗气滞血瘀型腰痛的用药以平秘为法，气血为先，药以行气活血，兼温肾补肝，身心同养。 |

| Medication rule of Zhan Qiang in treatment of lumbago with Qi stagnation and blood stasis based on the theory of “equilibrium of Yin-Yang” |

| Objective: To investigate the medication rule of Zhan Qiang in the treatment of lumbago with Qi stagnation and blood stasis based on the theory of “equilibrium of Yin-Yang”.Methods: Outpatient medical records were collected from the patients with lumbago with Qi stagnation and blood stasis who were treated by Professor Zhan Qiang from December 1，2022 to May 1，2023.A database was established，and Excel，SPSS Modeler，and SPSS Statistics were used to perform frequency statistics，association rule analysis，and cluster analysis.Results: A total of 241 prescriptions were included，and 21 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine drugs were obtained，with the top 5 drugs of Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata，jujube，Angelica sinensis，Liquidambaris Fructus，and Rhizoma Chuanxiong.Most drugs were warm，neutral or cold in nature and had a sweet，pungent or bitter taste，and they mainly entered the liver，spleen，and kidney meridians.A total of 21 binomial association rules were obtained，and 9 categories were obtained by the cluster analysis.Core prescriptions involved Angelica sinensis，Rhizoma Chuanxiong，Liquidambaris Fructus，Astragalus membranaceus，Eucommia ulmoides，Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata，and jujube.Conclusion: Professor Zhan Qiang focuses on the method of equilibrium of Yin-Yang during medication for lumbago with Qi stagnation and blood stasis，with Qi-blood taken as a priority.Most drugs have the functions of moving Qi and activating blood，and the drugs for warming the kidney and tonifying the liver are also used to nourish both physical and mental aspects. |
